We, the undersigned citizens of the United States, call upon you to fulfill your sworn duty to uphold and defend the Constitution by initiating impeachment proceedings against President Donald J. Trump.
The Constitution grants the House of Representatives the sole power of impeachment for “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” The President’s conduct has once again crossed this constitutional threshold, as demonstrated by:
- Unlawful military action – On June 12, 2025, the President ordered military strikes without congressional authorization, directly violating the War Powers Clause.
- Documented abuses of power – As outlined in House Resolution 353 (April 28, 2025), including bribery, corruption, unconstitutional usurpation of authority, and the creation of unlawful offices.
- Breach of public trust – The President’s actions undermine the democratic principles he is sworn to protect, eroding both domestic and global confidence in the rule of law.
These are not partisan grievances. They are constitutional violations that demand decisive congressional action. Nearly one million Americans have already petitioned for impeachment—reflecting the will of the people and the urgency of this moment.
