Chuck Schumer Must Resign

It's long past time that Senate Leadership has demanded if Chuck Schumer not resign entirely from the Senate of The United States, then he at least step down as leader of the Minority Party. For decades, Chuck Schumer has paid deference to a pair of Imaginary Friends, a married couple in Long Island named "The Baileys", who he has used as excuse to be a conservative on issues that would come back to haunt the rest of America in more ways than one. The Only reason he didn't use them as cover in a speech somewhere, is because John Oliver did an entire episode of "Last Week Tonight" on Chuck's fascination with his imaginary friends, and has since stop making references to them in public. Whether or not he still talks to them in private is anyone's guess, but would be a clear sign of dementia. This capitulation to the Republican shutdown over harming millions of American Citizens at the expense of a few PENNIES on the dollar for a few super rich people who got that way at the expense of the vast majority of the rest of the population, is the final straw, and is unforgivable. Calling the Senator in your state, while therapeutic, eventually only goes so far. The next steps should be protests outside his office that would make the boycott of Target pale in comparison.
