After just having our 10th anniversary, We as a family, have invested so much time and love into building our community, including all of our pages, diaries, groups, relationships, and messages, and friendships over the years. A year later, I am still paying for a dental crown, even with some, but inadequate insurance. A hospitalization or surgery can bankrupt a family. We can't afford as a culture to neglect the working poor. As a former teacher, I have seen the effects of healthcare neglected in little children who just can't learn due to chronic coughs, lack of meds, etc. We as a culture must do better!

I am tired of the petty efforts to bias our representative elections in any direction. Protecting the fairness of our representative government is fundamental to American democracy. With increased data availability and computer power politicians have been able to more accurately define districts that have an engineered bias. It is time for America to use that same data availability and computer power to bring equality back into the redistricting process and out of the hands of our politicians.

My goal is for my school to stop supporting Sea World by planning field trips there. Just like us, animals deserve freedom! Killer whales have emotions, I only went to Sea World once, but now I regret it. Now, I am educated on Sea World's animal cruelty. Sea World treats the whales horribly.

California is so dry, we have fires starting very easily. They also are talking about how critical our water shortage is. There is a desperate need of water and a huge ocean out there!

When we are affected by a special teacher, we need to make sure they have the opportunity to continue to leave a mark on students to come. A teacher such as Brian Pigott is rare and we should do all we can to keep him here at Wake Forest University. We want the very best at our institution. We should not let the time constraints of a Post-Doctoral Fellowship inhibit a chance to keep one of the very best Professors to ever come through Wake. Please pledge your signature in hopes of persuading our administration to offer Dr. Pigott a continued position here at WFU. Thank you for all your support.
