  • Pro choice specialty license plate
    Specialty license plates currently available in 29 states, including Ohio promote a pro-life (anti-abortion) message. By authorizing such plates, but not offering plates conveying a pro-choice message at the same time, Ohio is carrying out viewpoint discrimination. Each day in Ohio, I see only one side of the abortion debate being promoted with the approval and assistance of the state. As long as Ohio drivers who support reproductive rights are denied their own license plate, the State of Ohio is simultaneously providing a platform to oppose abortion while censoring those who support abortion rights.

  • Remove varsity basketball coach, Tory Vansickle
    My older daughters, Shaneh and Cheyenne, were affected by their coach Tory Vansickle. They had so much negativity thrown at them they never went on to play college basketball. I have seen him do this to so many good athletes at our school and now it is affecting my youngest daughter Kelsey who doesn't want to play basketball anymore since his summer program.

    I have watched others sprayed by water hoses and attacked by dogs. There were literacy tests, poll taxes and other hinderances that prevented Americans of African descent, women and others from voting. Stand up and roll back this reversal of rights.
