The entire nation is pretty sickened by members of the House of Representatives, who, represent Grover Norquist's interests, rather than the country's. Since when do those who swear to represent us, make blatant deals with outside interests, and shut our government down? Impeachment procedures can apply to Congress...so, let's stand up, be counted...and MoveOn it !

This petition is to formally oppose the new proposed Elementary School Attendance areas presented by Dr. Holden at NFHS on 10-8- 2013. The proposal would shift the Springfield neighborhood from Springfield Elementary School to Fort Mill Elementary School.

Mississippi has a number of federally funded facilities. There are 1000's of Mississippi Families feeling the hard economic challenges brought on by a Federal Government shut down. I think that it is the least Congress can do is to feel the same economic strains at home just as we do.

The people running our government have indebted our future, misspent our fortunes, and continue to recklessly challenge each other with no regard for the people they represent. It's time to take back our country by getting rid of the "entitled power", and returning it to the values from which it was formed by entrusting it to people that have no better interest than their constituents in mind. When this government formed, there were no incumbents. Time to go back to that point. Time to "RESET America"

Many teens and young adults in the city of Salina, Kansas would like to have a Hot Topic closer to their homes. At this time the closest Hot Topic is more than an hour away. This keeps many people from being able to shop there. It would be great if we could shop at our favorite store in our hometown.

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) accused President Obama of giving aid to Al Qaeda, which she said is proof that we are living in the "End Times." Congressional Republicans have no shortage of extreme, bigoted and paranoid members in their ranks, but Rep. Bachmann sits on the House Intelligence Committee. Rep. Bachmann has shown time and time again that her lack of judgment and lack of attachment to the real world should preclude her from being in a position where she deals with classified information and is responsible for keeping Americans safe from threats.

This year the MCPS transportation department made massive changes to bus routes and staff in order to save money. Bus drivers are expected to carry 3 times the amount of stundents they previously carried and expected to make it across town in a a third of the time. The buses are extremely overcrowded and children forced to sit 3 sometimes 4 to a seat and many children have suffered minor injuries from falling during bus turns. Although MANY parents and students have complained no changes or adjustments have been made to ensure the safety of the children. Please help us make a change and restore the old bus times,schedules, routes, bus drivers and put the safety of the children FIRST.
