Scheullers bar and grill in Minnesota did not have handicapped restrooms. When I inquired about them they told me that it was an 85year old building and they were NOT going to accomodate. They said they were "Grandfathered"in. My friends and I had to leave because there was no accomodations.I felt discrimiated against when I was told to leave and go to a gas station to use the restroom.

The government loans low interest rate money to the banks and asks them to loan it to students. The money comes with a guarantee that if the student defaults the government will repay the banks in full. Even though there is no risk to the banks from this transaction, they profit by charging students high interest rates (up to 8%). Canada, by comparison, loans the money directly to students and offers an interest rate of approximately 1%. The Canadian system benefits the students and the taxpayers. The US system benefits the banks at the expense of the student and the taxpayers. The US system is unfair to both students and taxpayers. We urge you to pass legislation to eliminate the banks from the student loan system.

The Supreme Court is supposed to be a non-biased, bi-partisan judiciary capable of dealing with the most critical issues facing Americans today. This court, possibly more than any other in history, has shown they are nothing more than an embarrassingly biased group of political infants. This is simply unacceptable.

Chase Bank has a 'minimum balance' fee of $12/month for accounts with a balance under $1500, a practice that in many African countries has been deemed illegal due to its discrimination against the impoverished. A person making minimum wage in America only makes $1200/month before taxes. We're calling on Chase Bank to stop robbing the poor and impoverished by dropping the monthly minimum fee.
