MEGACOMRADE OFFICER CLEMENT E. EDEGBE, who claims to be a Freedom Fighter (People's Freedom Movement - PFM) and Law Enforcement Agent, has engaged in an intolerable level of cyber-bullying against Chief Ambassador Osarodion Osagie, Founder and President of A Godsent Foundation, an accredited 501c3 organization based in Texas. We, the members of A Godsent Foundation Worldwide, petition the Texas judicial system to investigate said cyber-bullying as evidenced in his August 18, 2018, Facebook Live video entitled, "Evil Satan Sent Foundation Episode One Of Amb. Dion Osagie Governorship Interest Saga" posted at 9:04 pm. After reviewing this video (which can be found on his Facebook page and YouTube), we ask that you give consideration to withdrawing any license which allows him to carry a firearm and/or enforce the laws of the land in the U.S. due to evidenced unstable and erratic behavior. In this video, Officer Edegbe attacks not only Chief Osarodion Osagie but also his Foundation members by: • A Godsent Foundation Fundraising fraud accusations • Accusing Chief Osarodion Osagie of occultic practices to gain influence over his followers • Promising to use his position as a Law Enforcement Officer to not only ‘rubbish’ Chief Osagie but “cut his dreams short” even if he dies tomorrow, proving him to be the greatest scammer of all time • Misleading the public to think that he has evidence of an FBI criminal investigation with no proof • Encourage his members to lay curses on Chief Osarodion Osagie and all his ‘scorpion’ members. Thereafter, a FaceBook Live video of PFM members using occultist practices against Chief Osagie • Accusing Chief Osarodion Osagie of killing his own father, who died as an honored US citizen, for insurance money • Accusing Chief Osarodion Osagie of killing people using witchcraft to increase fundraising efforts • Advocating Chief Osarodion's rape by “Chicano Boys” in prison • Accusing Chief Osarodion Osagie of conspiring to scam the US Treasury • Operating illegal ‘rings’ in San Antonio and Dallas • Accusing Chief Osarodion Osagie of being a drug user • Accusing Chief Osarodion Osagie of running a Terrorist entity in Benin City, Nigeria • Telling Chief Osarodion Osagie to “pee in a cup and wash his face with it”...he called this a ‘prophecy’ (unstable behavior) • Threatening to go to the media with his ‘imaginary information’ This is just one online example of the cyber-bullying that Chief Osarodion Osagie and his Foundation members have had to endure. Chief Osarodion Osagie also has all video evidence since July 20017 to present which proves that Officer CLEMENT E. EDEGBE has threatened to bring him down by insulting his family publicly. We, the undersigned of this petition, beseech the Texas Judicial System to take swift and sweeping measures to ensure the safety of Chief Osarodion Osagie, his Foundation members, and the public-at-large.

Citizens of Sedro Woolley are growing tired and frustrated over the shape of neighborhood roads. Some roads are so bad, that they cause a variety of damage to automobiles, and this is unfair to the citizens of Sedro Woolley. Please fix our roads!

I am very very upset about the waste and the over use of plastic bags. It is time for Wal-Mart to take the initiative to remove plastic bags from its stores or charge for them.

Because it is time that Student Loan victims have a real way to fairly pay off their loans without the constant illegal roadblocks that are put in the way to achieving freedom from these vampiric companies. Example: Borrowed $20,600 have paid back $32,800 and still owe over $50,000. There is no way to get these paid back as the servicing agency does not follow the rules and has no intention of assisting anyone get out of debt. The laws must be changed to force agencies like ECMC and Navient to really assist borrowers to pay their debt or their ability to have anything to do with these loans must be taken away from them and huge money penalties imposed that then go into a fund that will truly assist borrowers and future students.

I'm starting this petition because a number of students and I would like to have Woodi cafe open until 9:30 pm vs. 7 pm. This is because some students are released from class later in the evening. The luxury of having the option to purchase snacks and refreshments is not accessible for this group of students.

But I am Under doctor's care and need to stay here, but I cannot bear letting my husband go again. They made me buy a plane ticket and say good bye to the man of my life!!! We were just notified yesterday that D91 will be replacing D.A.R.E. with a program the school counselors will be implementing (we don't know the scope of the program but hope to learn more about it soon). We are saddened by this because no discussion was had with the D.A.R.E. board, the Bonneville Youth Development Council or anyone that has offered to continue this program at NO COST to the district. We still hope to have the conversation and hope to generate our community support to keep D.A.R.E. in the classroom. We also hope that from this petition, the district will see how strong we stand with the dare program.

After being forced private student loans by The Art Institutes I have paid 40,000 dollars of a 50,000 dollars loan and still owe 42,000 dollars. Together with your help. It is time to eliminate private students loans and bring The Art Institute and National Collegiate Student Loan Trust (NCT) to justice. Like most of you reading this I wanted to better myself and attend college to learn a degree that could help me provide a better life for my family. However, when I started school at the Art Institute I was told by the Art Institute financial aid office that the government was not offering federal loans and that if I wanted to go to school I would have to take PRIVATE STUDENT LOANS. Wanting a better life I agreed. But, was not allowed to fully read the contract which was quickly taken from me after signing National Collegiate Student Loan Trust (NCT) provided this very special type of secret loan that even I was unable to see. I borrowed 50,000 dollars and in the last 10 years, I have paid over 40,000 dollars still owing 42,000 dollars. This seems fair, right? How does NCT fit into the scam of the Art Institute? Well, I believe it was due to the financial kickbacks that NCT provided The Art Institutes and we are talking about Billions.

Since its creation, the CFPB has played a vital role in not only defending America’s consumers but defending the American Dream itself. From defending military families to holding bad-acting student loan servicers accountable and returning millions of dollars to Americans who fell victim to for-profit colleges, the CFPB has been consumer's strongest advocate. However, the actions being taken by the current administration are hurting student loan borrowers in the following ways: Preventing the enforcement of consumer protection laws - Recently appointed leaders at the CFPB have abandoned the Bureau’s commitment to fairly enforce the law. They folded under political pressure and stopped CFPB oversight of the largest student loan companies. By doing so they have undermined their own mission to oversee the student loan industry and put millions of borrowers at risk of being defrauded. Undermining the CFPB’s political independence - The CFPB’s recent actions have shown that its current leaders have prioritized the goals of the Trump administration over the interests of consumers and student loan borrowers. Recently, the Bureau blocked efforts to call attention to ways that the Trump administration was hurting families taken-advantage of by for-profit colleges. Those in government whose job it is to stand up for student loan borrowers are being silenced by political appointees. Weaking efforts to hold bad actors accountable - The current leadership at the CFPB has completely abandoned students and borrowers. When the nation’s biggest banks were accused of scamming students on campus, the Bureau’s new leaders tried to bury the information. These actions put into question the future of the lawsuit against student loan servicer Navient. Students will be left vulnerable to predatory practices while the CFPB turns a blind eye. We demand that Congress put a stop to the undermining of the CFPB by restoring the Bureau’s original principles: protecting consumers and students from bad actors, remaining independent from any administration, and enforcing the laws that hold these values in place.
