Expand nondiscrimination ordinances in kind with Charlotte’s ordinance, the first of its kind in North Carolina. This is an unlawful law. -Deeply conflicts with ALL NC Citizens Rights of Workplace Equality -Passed in 1/2 a day (no Due Diligence in notification of public/subgovt. agencies -An attack on the Citizens, We The People. -Laws of this nature will devolve USA into a state shown in the genius socio-economic film "Visioneers", massively affecting Constitutional Rights of "Pursuit of Happiness". -We The People DEMAND this unlawful law be retracted and set right. We DEMAND an apology letter from those who enacted this law. We DEMAND NC Governor Pat Mccrory be investigated for passing an unlawful law and potential steps to impeach (or like action) him from office. -We The People DEMAND due diligence in future laws of prior notification, foresight, action for the People's Civil Rights, speedy trials for those fighting unlawful laws, transparency in future bills instead of the marketed untruth and misspeak, and Laws for The People's Civil Rights. -HB2 is an injustice and has already shown to affect the economy of NC in a backwards way. American Airlines, Lowe’s, Apple, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, to name a few – all have said they’re disappointed with the measure. The NCAA, CIAA, ESPN have shown action towards removing economical monies directed into NC. -HB2 is illegal and will adversely effect a majority in NC.

Not only does factors like these contribute to voter suppression, but goes everything democracy and our country stand for. Superdelegates just like delegates themselves should be held accountable to their constituency, they are the ones that voted you into office, now that you are there it is your JOB to adhere to your voters demands. It is your job and responsibility to uphold the values of your voters and see them through to the end regardless of who will line your pockets. Stand with me and demand that those elected officials follow the example their voters and the people of this great nation set for those that are meant to represent them.

Polls showed Sanders leading 60-40 just prior to this primary. Thousands of Independents who registered as Democrats to vote for Sanders couldn't vote because "official records" didn't reflect their registration. Any adjustments for "next time" ignore the fact that popular will is being short-circuited and the Democratic Party needs to look different from the Republicans in cases of election fraud. Democratic elites and Clinton supporters aren't going to complain, so we must.

The Carrizo/comecrudo have been a part of Texas since its inception and before first Contact and are continuously ignored and marginalized, treated as if their lands are up for grabs. We only request that the Land and Land rights be returned to the Tribe.

Donald Trump is an unmitigated bigot, who will likely be the Republican nominee for president. His toxic mix of racism, sexism, and xenophobia have made his campaign the most divisive in modern history. His inflammatory rhetoric has incited acts of violence at his campaign rallies, including a group of White men surrounding and aggressively pushing a young Black woman at a rally on March 1 and a White Trump supporter sucker-punching a Black protester at a rally on March 9.[1] Trump’s campaign manager was also recently arrested and charged with battery of a journalist.[2] Donald Trump’s well-documented history of racist, sexist, and xenophobic rhetoric doesn't stop there. It also includes: * Immediately exploiting the attacks in Brussels to call again for building a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border and for a ban to prevent Muslims from entering the country.[3] * Attacking Mexicans and calling them "rapists."[4] * Inciting and endorsing violence against Black Lives Matter activists and other anti-Trump demonstrators. * Refusing to consistently denounce and reject support from the KKK and other hate groups. The number of documented instances where Donald Trump and his supporters have harassed or attacked anti-Trump protestors is growing by the day."[5] The truth is that Trump doesn't represent the values most Americans hold dear. He is winning a minority of votes from a sliver of the electorate—and yet that may be enough to boost him to a national party nomination and give mainstream legitimacy to his hateful ideas. The way to defeat Trump—and the bigotry that is fueling his campaign—is to demonstrate that Americans who renounce his views greatly outnumber those who endorse him. Let's all take a stand now: Regardless of who else is on the ballot, it's critical that Americans of goodwill pledge to keep Donald Trump out of the White House and to send a clear rebuke to the bigotry at the heart of his campaign. After a tough few years with a Republican controlled Senate, Washington state needs its Democratic Party leaders to stand behind the people. If we are going to motivate enough voters to chose democrats in November, we must embrace the enthusiasm surrounding Bernie Sanders. Every county in the state voted for Bernie Sanders during the March caucus. Stand with your party, stand with your state: declare your support for Bernie Sanders' nomination or risk losing our votes.

Bernie needs delegates and needs our help

This election, Helen Purcell shut down polling places all over Maricopa County, many in predominantly Latino neighborhoods, as a part of a so-called “cost saving” plan. The result? People all over Maricopa County had to wait hours to vote or were told their vote would not count; and many more were discouraged from ever voting. Aracely Calderon, a recently naturalized immigrant from Guatemala reported waiting over five hours to vote. She arrived at one of the few polling places that was kept open until 7 p.m. and wasn’t able to cast her vote until after midnight! With more than 30% of Maricopa County identifying as Latino it’s hard not to see Helen Purcell’s strategy as a plan to prevent Latinos, people of color, young people, and other first time voters from participating in our nation’s democracy. Even if Purcell tells herself and others that this wasn’t her intent, it was clearly the effect of her plan. This isn’t the first election Helen Purcell has been responsible for that has been a disaster. In 2012, Presente members forced Helen Purcell to count hundreds of thousands of votes that could have swung the election against the racist Sheriff Joe Arpaio. It took weeks to count those votes and they could have swung the election against Sheriff Arpaio. This after Purcell sent out the wrong date for that election as a “reminder” to Spanish speaking voters. Just one of these disasters should have been enough for Helen Purcell to lose her job. Now, there should be no question that for the good of the country, and for integrity of our democracy, Helen Purcell should resign immediately. She needs to make way for a Maricopa County Recorder that’s more concerned with making sure every eligible person votes, and that all their votes count, than she is with “cost saving” plans that prevent Latinos from voting.

We have two Councilmen, Steve Jones and Kris Beard, who refuse to accept the District Attorney's 4th recommendation to investigate the no-show, Public Safety Administrator position that was illegally created for our former Fire Chief, David Barlag. Mr. Barlag had allegedly never reported for work from September until November 2014 although we were paying him a six figure salary. Please tell our City Manager and our City Council that you are not going to let this be swept under the rug. Let our city leaders know that you do not support sweetheart back room deals to cover up a major nepotism scandal that blew up in the former Mayor's face. Tell them that you demand transparency and accountability.
