Justice for JRW Chicago's ChampsJRW has faced unnecessary scrutiny after winning the series through hard work and dedication. Every child, no matter their zipcode should be afforded opportunities provided by Little League and other community organizations. The team won through hard work and dedication and the championship title belongs to them.5,963 of 6,000 SignaturesCreated by Laksha Taylor

BankruptcyOver the last almost five years I have been entangled in a very high conflict divorce. When this all began, I thought that it would be simple, I was leaving my abuser and I would walk away with what was rightfully mine. There was a judge involved, and he would have to uphold the law of the land. Little did I know that his lackadaisical decisions would lead to my ex gaining the upper hand. Now here I am. Almost two years ago when I refused to go along with what my ex wanted he threatened to file bankruptcy. He was advised by many legal professionals that this would not be a wise decision as financially there was no need. He was at risk of being in contempt and possibly going to jail. We had mediation on July 21 and court on July 22; twenty-two minutes before our hearing the judge received the notice that he had filed bankruptcy. Financially there was no need other than keeping him out of jail, as his contempt was financial, and the bankruptcy would stay the hearing. With him filing bankruptcy, which was fraudulent and is being regarded as such by the Federal Bankruptcy Trustee, I am now losing everything. I want to make sure that this is unable to happen to anyone else. We did have some tax debt that if you do some research you will find that you cannot eliminate tax debt through bankruptcy. We owned our lives outright for the most part and he filed this bankruptcy on $32,000.00 worth of debt This could have been resolved with a parcel of land or some other thing could have been sold off to relieve this debt. I am asking you today to sign my petition, so no one else has to have their family drug through this kind of ridiculousness. I would have never believed that there was the ability for someone to do this.52 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Angela Levens

End Nighttime Towing in Troy!So many people I know - and I myself - have been towed at night. It is unnecessary, needlessly expensive and time for it to end.27 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Marjorie MacKenzie

Veterans Monument LocationThe board approved a site for the Veterans Monument with NO support from the surrounding neighbors. The Ranch House grounds provide a much more centralized location and will not negatively impact any Ken-Caryl residents. This monument should be located at the Ranch House, not on the corner of Sangre de Cristo and Crestone Mountain.46 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Julie Hobart

World Class Pro ShopWorld Class Pro Shop and it's continued business at AMF Capital Plaza Lanes via Bowlmor, should not lose its contractual agreement . As a patron of both establishments, I would hope the opinions of customers of continued business would be a concern. It is hard as an avid bowler to find just the right shops to handle your demands as a bowler. WCPS has had tremendous success in its business practice for the consumers. We the patrons, would like to keep this business relationship in tact for that very reason. This petition is written in hopes that you would reconsider your decision to close this prominent business from its valued customers.91 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Brown Suga Hope

Grow Trione Sports Complex: More Soccer FieldsI am so excited about the growth of the sport of soccer in our area. It is such a beautiful game. But in order to facilitate this game, we must have places for these children to play. Right now we are busting at the seams and need more field area. Not only would Daphne be investing in the City, but also in the children of the City. It's a WIN-WIN!183 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Dyan Perrigin
