We the people of the 5th Congressional District of Washington need a new representative in Congress. We have been misrepresented by Cathy McMorris Rodgers and are ready for change. McMorris Rodgers has repeatedly voted against the best interests of her constituents on the following issues among others: The Affordable Care Act The Government Shutdown Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (a.k.a SNAP or Food Stamps) McMorris Rodgers has repeatedly demonstrated that she is aligned with interests out of touch with mainstream America and the 5th CD. From the moment Mr. Obama was elected, McMorris Rodgers has played an active role in the Republican agenda of obstructing the President over helping the people of her district. By being an outspoken leader in the charge to shutdown the government, McMorris Rodgers has demonstrated she does not understand how the law works and is therefore unfit to represent us in The House of Representatives.

Yahoo Mail and or e-mail is a major part of life. There is a reason why I choose to use the Yahoo system versus others that have a similar version of the new layout. The 10/8/13 layout is not user friendly, and the users of Yahoo want to see a return to the previous system.

Lamar's recent disbarment ruled by the unanimous decision of the Georgia Supreme Court demonstrates his character - rather LACK thereof!!! He has lost the public's trust, failing to be a leader with integrity. Lamar has taken advantage of trusting innocent people and has continued to break the law to get his way--whether its creating a fake non profit so he could steal college scholarship money from students or stealing a $30,000 settlement from his client, an injured child. Congressmen and Senators are public servants. Their job is to focus on representing the interests, and improving the lives of the American people. Long terms in office can foster the development of exclusory relationships with lobbyists and big business which can result in biased decision making. Reducing the years held in office by Congressmen and Senators may decrease the likelihood of prejudicial outcomes.

There are serious safety issues: topgraphy where drivers can't see cars much less bikes, steep hills, blind intersections, sections that aren't wide enough for sharrows, no sidewalks and a street full of driveways.

This petition is started because our elected Representatives are in default to the American people on their Constitutional duties to work in the best interest of the people. The TeaParty led Republicans in the House are an organized insurrection and are in violation of Section 3 of the XIV Amendment and as such are not governing ethically and responsibly. Since they are acting in organized fashion, it is not reasonable to think that they will remove themselves, so we are petitioning for their gyms and all other amenities to be SHUTDOWN NOW! And these amenities should remain shutdown until such time as they remember that they were elected to work together and open our Government.

Fast Track Authority has been used to pass bills like NAFTA, bills that, if openly debated on their merits would never stand the light of day, bills that have cost millions of manufacturing jobs, and have severely damaged the U S economy. TPP and TTIP would further eliminate manufacturing and service jobs, create investor-state entities that would have power over our sovereign U S and state governments, override U S food and water safety laws, allow currency manipulation, destroy labor laws, severely limit internet freedoms, and, most damaging to Florida’s seniors, do away with affordable medications by eliminating generics, through unlimited patent extension of brand-name medications. Our citizens can’t survive such a race to the bottom. Congress has a responsibility to their constituents, to openly debate any bill respecting trade, and in fact, this authority is spelled out by the United States Constitution. Article 1, Section 8 reads: "The Congress shall have power to regulate commerce with foreign nations." President Obama is asking the House to re-establish Trade Promotion Authority, or fast track, so he and the United States Trade Representative, can ram through the Trans-Pacific Partnership, or TTP, and its European cousin, the Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, TTIP, or TAFTA, which are referred to as NAFTA on steroids by anyone who has read the leaked texts. Fast track authority expired in 2007, but President Obama, wants to revive it to get these egregious so-called free trade agreements passed without public scrutiny. and very little debate, just like what happened with NAFTA and the WTO. If these “free trade” agreements are so great, let’s openly debate them on their merits. With so much at stake, we are asking our national representative, not to cede power to the executive branch, who is actively seeking to add another punishing round of "free trade" only made possible through the Constitutionally questionable Trade Promotion Authority or Fast Track. Voting "NO" on Fast Track will allow transparent floor debate, and save us from the TPP and TTIP, because once the people of this country see just what is in these so called free trade agreements, these deals will be dead on arrival. Fast Track is a procedure that gives more trade authority to the president, and stipulates that the bills in question will have very limited debate, only 20 hours on the House floor, and no possibility to amend, or filibuster, and can only receive an up or down vote. President Obama wants to use Fast Track to ram through the TPP and TTIP, We need our Representative in Washington to Vote "NO" on Fast Track!

I have been paying money to MN WDSE TV for years. At one point they seemed interested in airing WI programming before the signals were split. That no longer seems to be true. They continue to collect money from NW WI's residents for pledges and they don't seem to care about giving WI residents even a hint of WI news.
