URGE DOJ to Enforce NOTA Against Human Egg TraffickingOvaries are human organs, and their removal carries the same risks as other surgical procedures involving anesthesia, in addition to risky hormone injections. Yet college students are being invited to violate the NOTA law by advertisements promising as much as $50,000 for their eggs. The sale of human eggs may be part of an alleged $80 million industry (Lindsay Kamakahi v American Society for Reproductive Medicine), but as demonstrated by businesses such as Napster, prolific business activity can be halted overnight if determined to be illegal.63 of 100 SignaturesCreated by MonaLisa Wallace, Esq.

Annual Mammograms Covered but Not PaidIn managing physicians AR, we speak to a lot of desperate patients who are not clear on what is paid by insurance and what is not. For patients with family or personal history of breast cancer or other breast problems, annual mammograms are not always paid by insurance. When presented with these issues, a diagnostic mammogram is done annually instead of a screening; even though, diagnostic annual mammograms may be covered, they are subject to the patient's deductible and not necessarily paid by insurance. What is more appropriate during this breast cancer awareness month than for us to step up and take action for these at risk patients. A mammogram once per year, regardless if annual screening or if an annual diagnostic, should be considered an annual preventative test with no applicable copay or deductible and covered and paid by insurance at 100%.14 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Delia Dura

Give Seniors a Cost of Living Social Security Raise in 2016Many seniors do not receive enough Social Security benefits to cover basic food and rental costs. With increases in Medicare and no cost-of-living raise (COLA) in 2016, the amount of monthly SS benefits does not remain the same but is actually lowered! Why should seniors pay for the extravagant national debt and be deprived of basic commodities? The Obama administration is the only presidency in which seniors did not receive a COLA not once but three times — 2010, 2011 and 2016. The only recourse for 2016 is an Executive Order to give seniors a COLA that will offset rising Medicare hikes since Congress has failed to act on the issue of Social Security. President Obama is a lame duck President and could help to reverse this unfortunate policy that does not give seniors even a small basic COLA to offset soaring Medicare costs by applying pressure to Congress, and demanding they stop dragging their feet and issue funding for the COLA in 2016? Please right this wrong and expand instead of cutting Social Security benefits to seniors. Thanks! Investigate "Unparalleled Evil" of Exxon Climate Change Cover-upThe LA Times investigation found that while senior Exxon researcher Ken Croasdale studied the long-term impact of climate change on the company's operations, Exxon was "crafting a public policy position that sought to downplay the certainty of global warming." Environmental leader Bill McKibben called this cover-up "unparalleled evil." Read the entire report here: http://graphics.latimes.com/exxon-arctic/ According to the Huffington Post: In a letter to Attorney General Lynch, Reps. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) and Mark DeSaulnier (D-Calif.) argue that a probe is needed, to determine whether ExxonMobil broke the law. Lieu and DeSaulnier's request is based on two independent investigations published by Inside Climate News and the Los Angeles Times, which document research conducted by a number of Exxon's senior scientists. Their findings warned of increases in the global temperature as a result of burning fossil fuels. "In this case, Exxon scientists knew about fossil fuels causing global warming and Exxon took internal actions based on its knowledge of climate change," Lieu and DeSaulnier wrote. "Yet Exxon funded and publicly engaged in a campaign to deceive the American people about the known risks of fossil fuels in causing climate change." "If these allegations against Exxon are true then Exxon's actions were immoral," they added. "We request the DOJ to investigate whether ExxonMobil's actions were also illegal."6,327 of 7,000 SignaturesCreated by Michael Morrill

Trine Ice houseI have always loved playing hockey on the lakes in the winter and I love playing at the Ice House in Fort Wayne but it is far and expensive to drive there. I hope someday my children enjoy the opportunity to play hockey or figure skate. I believe the rink would be a huge asset for the County and the people in it. I have a passion for Hockey and winter sports but no means to begin a start up. I hope this petition can inspire others to contribute to bettering the County.141 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Evan Howe

Deport Trump and all his Supporters!I am deeply embarrassed and extremely worried for the future of the United States of America and its Constitution. We have enough enemies in the world and the best way to show we are not all xenophobes is to throw Trump and his likes out of the USA! Join the struggle!38 of 100 SignaturesCreated by saqib khan
