In the here and now, 8-15% of the American public remain in a state of unemployment, underemployment, foreclosues, shrinking revenue and now forloughs - while our politicians continue to rant on about cuts to save some mystical tomorrow. People are hurting and its time our elected officials share in the pain.

When I was 6 years old, my aunt, Dr. Deborah Saiki, was brutally murdered by her husband, Russell Franklin Stone. While I can't do anything about the past, I can prevent this dangerous man from hurting anyone every again, and that's why I'm asking you to sign this petition. He has never shown any signs of remorse or responsibility in my aunt's brutal murder and is a continued threat to the public safety.

My oldest daughter was raped by her step father at the age of four. I called in Child Protective Services, the prosecutor, and took my daughter for counseling. Now I'm learning that the man that raped my oldest daughter may still end up with visitation for the daughter we had together, my youngest. Why should OUR taxes pay for free healthcare for Congress and the Senate when they make many times more a year than the average American. We demand you pay for your own healthcare until ALL Americans have free healthcare.

Congress has imposed sequestering across all of the Federal Government with one exclusion--their own salaries and expense accounts.

This petition is just one answer to gridlock in Washington If 8 years is good enough for the President it is good enough for the House and Senate. It will save taxpayers millions of dollars on retirement,hospital insurance.etc we will cover them only while they are in office The time has come where no one need to serve in Washington 20,30 plus years. In the last 4 years, I have observed our congress to be the most NON-COHESIVE congress in decades! Change is what we want? Then it's change we will get! Limit Congressional Office terms on Capitol Hill for U.S. Congressmen/Congresswomen and U.S. Senators to TWO indeterminate periods. Allow for the congress to progress like the American People!

I work out at a fitness center that specializes in fitness boxing. Punch, the name of the gym, was founded by Adelino Da Costa and his brother, who are both world wide boxing champions, and native to African country Guinea-Bissau. Adelino Da Costa's brother, who would like to remain anonymous, has a Permanent Resident Card, and has two daughters, a son, and a wife. He lives in America, while his family lives in his home country. He has become successful, and everyday he sends them money, and tries to help them obtain a citizenship or a visa. For the last 3 years he has been trying to bring them over to the United States, but every time they are rejected. I understand the United States has many immigration policies, but many families have been separated because of our flaws. This is not right, if there are families at stake, they should be able to receive a visa.
