With our nation becoming more aware of mental illnesses and how they affect the society as a whole, we need to insure our peoples of South Dakota have every opportunity available to them for treatments, and keep the avenues open that are already in place. We need to address this issue and do all in our power now rather than later. So we implore you to delegate as much money as possible to the Mental Wellness Centers in South Dakota. From the small towns to the largest cities in South Dakota, they can really use your help. When both of us experienced mental health illnesses beyond our control, wellness centers helped us to get better. Now we work to support those centers, and one of us co-facilitates a mental illness support group. With our nation becoming more aware of mental illnesses and how they affect society as a whole, we need to ensure people of South Dakota have every opportunity available to them for treatment and keep the avenues open that are already in place.

I was incarcerated in Siskiyou County when Sargent Stewart believed drug dealers. He did NO investigation, did NOT knock on the door and ask for any witnesses. It took 56 days for my legal counsel to prepare for a jury trial and present to the D.A. 'trial ready discovery'. Two and one half hours later, void of any court proceedings, I was kicked to the curb. That discovery vaporized $500,000.00 bond WITHOUT a hearing and no one even said "oops, sorry." This is ONE of THREE criminal dismissals by yours truly.

Medicaid and Medicare are the life blood of our senors. Accept the funds from the Federal Sources and fully fund these programs.

This was our life for many , many tears, especially adoption of siblings.

We are asking for reasonable and common sense gun laws gun control limits and restrictions to gun laws and gun ownerships rights in are state of kentucky.We want the following in kentucky : [ 1. A total ban against all private ownerships of military type assault guns firearms , 2. A total ban against all private ownerships of any guns and firearms magazines clips that can hold over 10-bullets and rounds , 3. A universal and complete full background checks on all guns and firearms sold bought and purchase in are state of kentucky , 4. We need to make all private ownerships of any military type assault guns firearms a felony crime in are state of kentucky , 5. We need to required that all guns and firearms owners in kentucky must have a gun safe or gun vault to keep all guns and firearms in the home stored secured and kept in a lock and secured gun safe or gun vault. ]

Uranium mining and milling are dangerous to the health and welfare of Virginians. We don't want our land, air, water and health destroyed by radioactive tailings. Please place a permanent ban on uranium mining and milling in Virginia.

Healthcare should be handled only by Medicare. Keep out the insurance companies! They pay any amount that the doctor or hospital asks for, no mater how obscene. All they do is raise the premiums! We live in, what is considered a depressed area, all the HMOs have moved out, since they cannot make enough profit here! I belong to Anthem Blue Cross but I cannot find a doctor here. All I get is a 5 minute "visit" and an enormous bill!

With the economy in massive decline and non-violent "offenders" being incarcerated for simply wanting to quell their depression, anxiety, nausea, insomnia, joint/muscle pain, or just wanting to relax after a long 9-5, this simple reform can help turn not only this state, but the whole country around and help it to prosper like never before for decades, even centuries to come.
