Remove Larry Kudlow, "moderator" of The Kudlow Report on CNBC...

Our government has allowed our economy to become depressed through the mass exodus of manufacturing positions and the outsourcing of other sectors of employment. Congress has been unsuccessful in stemming the tide of job losses, either due to incompetence, or a conflict of interest in that they are favoring corporations over their fellow citizens. By failing to take strong steps to restore our jobs, our economy is being destroyed. George Washington realized that in order for our country to succeed, it was necessary to protect our economy and make use of import tariffs.

My Cousin goes to Herbert Hoover Elementary School and I am concerned with the fact that he has been being severely bullied for the past month or so and the school refuses to do anything about it. They want him, the victim, to switch schools, or miss recess. The last time I checked the children doing the bullying are the ones who should be punished. They finally listened after he told them that he would kill himself. Even then all they did was call the crisis center. The bullies have not been spoken to. We believe that the schools actions are bullying in and of themselves. They told this 11 year old that his bullies would never find out if he would just tell the principal, all of this was witnessed by his aunt. When she left him at the school for the day the principal called both my cousin and the three bullies into his office and he called my cousin a liar because he wasn't brave enough to accuse the other children to their faces. They have him scared enough that he is having panic attacks and freaking out at the thought of going to school. Mr. Rodriquez stated to one of my family members that "He didn't know any other way to handle the situation." Even the superintendent told my cousins father there was nothing they could do. The policy from the Parent/Student handbook for Herbert Hoover is as follows: "BULLYING/CYBERBULLYING Effective April 23, 2008, the Neshaminy board of School Directors approved Policy 553 – Bullying/Cyberbullying. All forms of bullying and cyberbullying by District students are hereby prohibited. Anyone who engages in bullying or cyberbullying in violation of this policy shall be subject to appropriate discipline. This policy is in effect while student are on property within the jurisdiction of the District; while on school-owned and/or operated vehicles; while attending or engaged in school-sponsored activities; and while away from school grounds if the misconduct directly affects the health and safety of students and staff as well as the good order, efficient management and welfare of the District. Any student who retaliates against another student for reporting bullying or extortion or for assisting or testifying in the investigation or hearing may be subject to disciplinary action. Please refer to Policy 553 – Bullying/Cyberbullying for more detailed information." So many children and teens take their lives because they just can't take anymore. It is hard being different, it is hard to hear that you are fat, ugly, stupid, all day. And as we get older the insults get harsher. You medicate children instead of working on their problems. If he is jumping around too much he has ADHD, give him a pill. If he is having panic attacks, it's just anxiety, give him a pill. Pay attention people. How shallow do we have to be, how many lives do we have to lose, to see that bullying is an epidemic in the US and other countries as well. If we can put a stop to it now think of how many lives we can save.

Bain Capital is closing Sensata to ship their jobs to China. They even took down the American flag and made workers train their replacements! Mitt has a controlling share of Bain Capital. Tell him to save the jobs at Sensata and prove he can be tough on China. If he doesn't that tells us what kind of president he will be.

GOP candidate Chris Boedeker, with financial backing from House Speaker David Ralston and Speaker Pro Tem Jan Jones, produced and distributed a false campaign ad attacking State Rep. Scott Holcomb’s honorable military service. The attack ad was so filled with false accusations that Boedeker cancelled his planned purchase of television time to broadcast the ad in District 81. But the attack ad was funded, in part, by the House Leadership’s contribution to Boedeker’s campaign. Virtually all of Mr. Boedeker’s campaign funds have been donated by Republican elected officials. We are asking Speaker Ralston and other members of the Georgia House GOP leadership to stand on the side of Veterans and denounce this malicious political attack ad.

The PA Department of State is continuing to run ads on TV and radio saying that voters have "to show it", meaning photo ID, on election day. That requirement has been ruled nullified for this election, but they continue to run these ads, with the only slight change in script: "You will be asked (but not required) to show a valid photo ID". The way it is delivered is underhanded and violates the spirit of the judge's ruling. I am calling on the PA Dept. of State to stop running these ads immediately.

Following the attacks on the US on 9/11, there was a rush to judgement that misled our country into 11 years of war that has no end in sight and that has cost our country more than 12 trillion dollars. It also led to an all out assault on the US Constitution, and as a result, our civil rights have been sacrificed on the altar of national security. New facts show that we were misled by the official 9/11 account and that a new investigation must be initiated.

The Department of Justice needs to investigate allegations of widespread voter registration fraud in Nevada. One man reported that Voter Outreach of America destroyed Democrat's registration forms, and a video showing a Strategic Allied Consulting operative asking Democrats to register as nonpartisan.

I am tired of corporate America having it's way with our country & that polticians can be bought by them [corporations, lobbyists & special interests]. This is political prostitution! How is this even legal? Our country was founded "of the people by the people for the people. Let's bring that back!

I want to see our country come back to how it was founded. Of the people by the people for the people! It's time to get rid of political prostitution! How is it that our politicians can be paid off by [corporations, lobbyists, special interests] so they can have their way with us & our country!? How is this even legal?

The benches in front of the Apple Barrel bar on Frenchmen Street have been an institution for years - going back even before music was happening on the street. It is a place where the locals can sit and talk, and take in the spectacle. It was always common to see the great Coco Robicheaux and Jimmy May holding court there, as well as many New Orleans notables including Uncle Lionel, and many, many others. Apparently the benches were taken away in order to discourage homeless people from gathering there, but we feel that these benches are an important cultural institution, and there are better ways to deal with the situation. Please bring back the benches and help us enjoy Frenchmen Street.

My two children attend one of the best charter schools in California. The school recently delivered a 974 API, the second highest test score in the state. The Oakland School Board has begun the process of closing the school because it did not respond fast enough to a request for corrections after an audit. The school began work on the corrections and asked the School Board for an additional 30 days to finish the corrections. The school board said "no" to the request and instead initiated the school closure process. This decision will impact 1,200 families in Oakland. It will also deprive Oakland of 1,200 of the brightest students in the entire state of California, as measured by testing.
