The text of my petition is to stop putting down dogs or cats who are simply scared for "behavioral". Obviously, these animals are scared in a new environment and they never get a chance. Its disgusting what PAS do and it needs to be stopped! I hate seeing innocent animals being put down in Pueblo over the silliest reasons.

Considering that the President may have criminally colluded and conspired with a foreign adversary to win election, he should not be allowed to influence the Federal Judiciary for years to come. We all may be personally affected by this issue.

We need to be ready for Trump to do the unthinkable. Trump's former campaign chair and longtime associate Paul Manafort was just found guilty of fraud and tax evasion, and there’s no telling how President Trump -- who believes the rule of law doesn’t apply to him -- will retaliate. This is just the latest concrete outcome of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russia’s election meddling and potential conspiracy with Trump’s team -- which has resulted in 35 guilty pleas or indictments in addition to today’s verdict. But despite the mountains of evidence to the contrary, Trump continues to attack Mueller’s investigation as an unfounded “witch hunt” -- which raises the troubling prospect of a pardon for Manafort and other aides convicted of wrongdoing. Trump has already issued politically motivated pardons to Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s contempt of court conviction, Dinesh D’Souza’s campaign finance violations, and Scooter Libby’s perjury and obstruction of justice -- stoking controversies to rile up his base and distract us from his ongoing attacks on our values. Now, he’s refused to rule out a pardon for Manafort as well -- just another effort to have one set of rules for his friends, and another set for the American people. And, his self-interested abuse of the pardon power could constitute obstruction of justice if he’s using it as a reward for loyalty on the Russia investigation. Simply put, pardoning Manafort would show once again how Trump thinks that he and his associates are above the law -- and that he’ll willingly abuse his power to protect himself and his close associates. We must demonstrate that Americans are united in defense of the rule of law -- and that we’re ready to hold any official who abuses their power accountable. Clean up our streets and make them safer for all.

Recently all of the Tamarisk trees were removed from each side of the train tracks adjacent to our property which has drastically altered the environment. We now have an obscene increase in the volume of train noise as well as unsightly views of the freeway and the train at all times of the day and night. With the removal of the trees the wind now blows sand and exhaust particulates unimpeded in our direction. The air quality has been negatively impacted. We also believe that our property values have been adversely diminished. We are petitioning the City and/or the Union Pacific Railroad to take responsibility to mitigate this problem that one or the other has created. High sound deadening walls have been erected in various communities throughout California where such problems have been created by altering the environment. It is the responsibility of the party or parties who altered the environment to immediately take corrective action. We appreciate your prompt action.

“If you know you’re dying, it gives you that extra push. You can’t just die for nothing.” Those words were spoken by Dewayne “Lee” Johnson in a recent TV interview with CBS News. Johnson was interviewed after a jury in San Francisco found that Monsanto’s Roundup weedkiller caused his cancer. Until he became too sick to work, Johnson was a school groundskeeper. His job required him to spray Roundup on school properties, including on playgrounds. Please tell the National School Boards Association: Monsanto’s Roundup and other toxic agro-chemicals must be banned on school grounds, and school lunch programs should stop serving foods contaminated with glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup. The jury in Dewayne Johnson v. Monsanto Co. awarded Johnson $289.2 million. Monsanto has vowed to appeal the verdict. Johnson knows that by the time his case finally makes it through a protracted appeals process, he may not be alive to collect the money Monsanto owes him. Johnson’s family could use that money to pay off medical expenses. But what’s more important to this terminally ill father of two, is that something good, something bigger than a monetary award, result from his David v. Goliath battle. We all owe Dewayne Johnson a huge debt of gratitude for standing up to Monsanto. What better way to thank him, and to honor his sacrifice, than by joining the movement to rid schools of Roundup and other toxic chemicals.

Cutting the tax payer waste from the Santa Clara County DA's office for consistently failing victims of sexual assault, rape, domestic violence and fraud in the county's family law cases. Jeff Rosen earned $372,945.77 in the year he maliocusly prosectued the Saratoga High Scool sudents realted to the sucide of Audrie Pott, while ignring doemtic violence in Audire's home. He earned this money as he proseucted two men based on false claims of rape and doestic violence, and Rosen containues to fail vicitms in family courts, including children who are separated from loving parents, for mony. Recall Rosen and strip him of his tax funded retirement.

Today we are unable to vote in our elections despite being registered Americans. I believe we should not lose our rights to vote or have our voice muted because we choose not to affiliate with a party. With this petition, I hope to bring a voice to, not only all free-thinking nonpartisan Americans; but those who believe in voting for those who will solve our problems and can represent true American thought.

Brett Kavanaugh believes that a sitting president is immune to prosecution and possibly even investigation. His nomination is intended to protect Trump from the independent counsel investigation. Kavanaugh has suggested that Roe v. Wade was decided incorrectly, implying that he would vote to overturn it.

If we don’t vote for Democrats, our Democracy and Constitution will be gone.

My grandson Christopher Salters (Chris) was direct filed into the adult court system. The prosecutor direct filed him without, it seems even considering the fact that my grandson has had two (2) traumatic brain injuries and he has been diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), he also suffers from depression and at times has had suicidal tendencies. My grandson was hit by a car, while riding his three-wheeler, in March of 2017. The impact was very intense, my grandson was thrown in the air and flipped three times in the air, before landing on his head, he was not wearing a helmet. Chris has had several surgeries on his brain. He was not expected to live and if he lived, he could be a vegetable or remain in a child-like state of mind. However, God heard our prayers and brought Chris back to us. The Chris we welcomed home after the accident was not the same Chris that we knew before the accident. Chris remained at times, child-like, acting on impulses, becoming depressed, then hyper-active, easily frustrated, sometimes not understanding what we were saying, he would blurt out inappropriate words or comments. His mother Lakesha Robinson, talked to him about the words he used that were not appropriate and tried to give him directions on how to behave. However, I could tell that he really couldn’t control what he was saying. Later he would apologize and tell us he didn’t understand why he was talking like that. Chris doesn’t understand the effects of injuries to his brain. With all the emotions and turmoil going on in his mind, he still dreamed, trained and planned on playing sports in high school and getting a job after school. Chris was training, preparing to play high school football, months after he returned home after suffering two (2) traumatic brain injury. Chris was trying very hard to lead a normal teenage life. However, Chris began having terrible headaches and he would faint or pass out at times. The doctor prescribed him pain medications. Sometime later, Chris began to get arrested, he was in and out of court and the juvenile detention center. I believe, that like his outburst, just as Chris couldn’t control the inappropriate words coming out of his mouth, he couldn’t control his actions and acting on impulses and fear. Chris was charged as an adult after a school staff member found a gun in his book bag. He didn’t threaten anyone with the gun, he never displayed the gun. I don’t know all the details about this case. The school never informed us that Chris had been in a fight the day before this incident. But I do know that Chris never had issues like this before the accident. We need help, I am reminded of a scripture in the bible in Isaiah 6:8: it says, “Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying,” “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I, send me!” We Need Help, We Need, Someone, Somewhere to Stand Up and Say, “. Lord Here am I, Send Me I’ll Go” I’ll help Chris get the Medical and Legal help he needs. Thanks for taking the time to read and sign this petition, God Bless You.
