A mountain of evidence calls the validity of the election into question, casting doubt, by any standard, on whether there it was a "free and fair" vote. Judging by the actions of the administration, this is an issue that has bi-partisan support. If we are to exist as a democracy, there is no alternative.

Trump has been president for a week and already our communities are being attacked. But, we are not afraid. We are ready to fight the Trump agenda and speak up for our communities and our values. And we expect our elected officials to represent our values! Sen. Feinstein has yet to vote NO on any of Trump's cabinet picks. Four votes and four ayes. We are ready to send democratic leadership a message. We expect our officials to block this administration on every turn, NO MORE yes votes!

This is a specific violation regarding property that belongs to all of us--the Old Post Office Building. The GSA's contract specifically does not allow an elected official to benefit from the lease. This property has tremendous symbolic importance, located between the White House and the Capitol Building. It is a very important place to begin holding Trump responsible for his business interests colliding with the people's interests. After marching in Los Angeles on January 21, this is my next step. Vice President Pence must assume the duties of President -- at least pending thorough investigation and complete resolution of Donald J. Trump's finances, financial ties, conflicts of interest, Russian influence on election, and mental state. The mandate is against a Trump presidency. Trump is illegitimate, incompetent, deranged, cannot unite and lead the American people, and cannot discharge the powers and duties of his office. He represents a clear and present danger. This miscarriage of democracy must be aborted post haste.

We call for an asterisk to be placed by any listing of Donald J. Trump as president of the United States. This asterisk should remain next to any listing of Mr. Trump as president until two issues have been resolved regarding the legitimacy of his presidency. First, we need assurance that the election was not subject to massive voter fraud. Mr. Trump has alleged that between 3 and 5 million votes were cast by ineligible voters. While most of the country appears to understand that these allegations are false, these claims undermine general confidence in our voting system, particularly in the results of this election. There is no reality in which voter fraud of the scale alleged does not render the election illegitimate. Second, we need assurance that Donald J. Trump did not collude with the Russian Government to influence the outcome of the election. Documents leaked to the public regarding intelligence assessments raise significant concerns about the relationship between Donald J. Trump and the Russian government. To date, 16 U.S. intelligence agencies have implicated the Russian government in a scheme to influence the outcome of our election in favor of Donald J. Trump. Public concern demands an investigation, already promised by Congress, to allay doubts caused by Russian interference regarding the integrity of this election. The asterisk can be removed if and when these two substantial concerns regarding the legitimacy of this election are resolved. If these concerns cannot be addressed, we demand that the name Donald J. Trump, when listed as president, always appear with an asterisk to denote the questionable legitimacy of his rise to power.

President Trump has, as a candidate and more recently as President, made statements of fact that cannot be substantiated or, in some cases, are proven false. There is bipartisan support for the lack of evidence for the President's claims of large scale voter fraud. With this claim, he has taken a much larger step that challenges and potentially undermines the very foundation of our democracy.

Donald Trump was in violation of the Constitution's emolument Clause the minute he took office. He has violated his oath and We The People demand to see his Tax returns and current business interests. We will not Pay Federal Taxes until our demands are satisfied. His Financial interests all over the world put our Democracy in Harm's way.

It's been reported by a number of outlets that Trump's team are already using unsecured RNC email addresses and personal email addresses for government work. It is also reported that Donald Trump is still using his unsecured smart phone after being sworn in as president. It might be allowable to give them time to adjust, if they hadn't campaigned on sending Hillary Clinton to jail over her use of personal email. Call upon them to get on secure servers, where their emails become part of the public record, now.

As a tax paying citizen, who has been paying into the system since I was 14-years-old, I feel strongly that it is time for this financial madness to end. Like Warren Buffet pointed out, if we stop paying Congress and the President lifetime benefits and salary these funds can go towards other important things our country needs, like paying down the deficit, helping families in need, improving our roads, etc., No other job or profession provides this kind of "lifetime" benefit and it's time members of congress learn how to live like the rest of us. NO MORE LIFETIME SALARIES OR BENEFITS FOR MEMBERS OF CONGRESS OR THE PRESIDENT!

Trump made Secretary Clinton's alleged misuse of personal email servers a focal point of his presidential campaign. Congress has a duty to investigate Trump's own potential breach.

On January 23, the US announced that it was withdrawing from the anti-democratic, anti-worker Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement [TPP] and seeking a reopening of the North American Free Trade Agreement [NAFTA]. The AFL-CIO praised the moves, saying, "Today's announcement that the US is withdrawing from TPP and seeking a reopening of NAFTA is an important first step toward a trade policy that works for working people. While these are necessary actions, they aren’t enough. They are just the first in a series of necessary policy changes required to build a fair and just global economy. We will continue our relentless campaign to create new trade and economic rules that end special privileges for foreign investors and Big Pharma, protect our planet’s precious natural resources and ensure fair pay, safe conditions and a voice in the workplace for all workers." Keith Ellison last summer to press the Democratic Party to oppose the TPP. If caring for triplets isn't a job, we don't know what is! Maybe this multi-millionaire needs a time-out from politics to try out caregiving himself. We know we need someone who understands the challenges facing American families and their budgets. Mulvaney failed to pay $15,000 in taxes for four years of this woman's work. (Making around $60,000 a year sure sounds like work!) Yet once he was in office, he supported four separate pieces of legislation to keep anyone with unpaid tax debts out of the government. Now he's writing it off as an "oops." We know this means at least one of these two things: 1) He thinks, like Donald Trump, that it's just good business to try to get away with not paying your taxes 2) That raising his triplet children wasn't real work As Americans, parents, and taxpayers, we know neither is true nor acceptable. The Senate Budget Committee must hold Mulvaney to his own standards and only approve someone who is capable of good, honest home economics!
