I am a commercial roofer and this law has done severe damage to me and many of my co-workers. I was unable to collect my benefits last winter because I worked too much overtime, making 1 quarter too high. Being punished for working too hard and too much just doesn't seem like a message we should send to people. Like many of the people in the construction field, when I get laid off in the winter, I have serious trouble finding temporary work. Many places don't want to hire someone that they know will be gone in 2-3 months. Also to say things such as " Then get a different job." or " Not our problem." I just have to ask, who will fix your schools, hospitals, and/or offices? Our great state of Pennsylvania is filled with some of the greatest people in out country and it makes me sad to think that we can't band together and worry about helping each other. TO STOP ALL FORECLOSURES IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, BECAUSE THEY ARE ILLEGAL. The State of Florida has strict foreclosure laws that must be followed exactly or the foreclosure sale is VOID, and strict laws are to protect residents from illegal eviction. Much of the housing crisis is caused by judges who fail to enforce these laws in thousands of individual cases, and by our Attorney General and District Attorneys who fail to prosecute housing crimes. Governor SCOTT and all our lawmakers say they are concerned about our deficient budget, unemployment, homelessness, and the shortage of affordable housing. JUDGES should investigate the paperwork and procedures in any case that follows a foreclosure sale, housing discrimination, or any other questionable activity. Fraudulent, counterfeit, robo-signed documents are NOT LEGAL and must not be allowed to substitute for legal documents. Any VOID foreclosure sale means the buyer CANNOT evict the residents. Yet 49 State Attorneys General received a Settlement of Millions of Dollars for Robo-Signing, yet not 1 Homeowner received compensation, yet our Beloved (NOT) Attorney General Pam Bondi hired more Judges to Foreclose on Homeowners…..But, homeowners are forced out usually by a SWAT team of Law enforcement working for the banks not the public that pays their wages. When speculators realize they cannot evict after a VOID sale, they will stop buying the houses at auction, and lenders who must keep these homes might be more motivated to modify the loans. Right now, the lenders (loan servicers) refuse to modify loans because they get more cash when they sell the house. BOTTOM LINE THESE ARE NOT MORTGAGES, BUT DEBT COLLATORS ILLEGALLY STEALING OUR HOME..AND THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED……FLORIDA..PLEASE SHARE AND SIGN… GOD BLESS US FOR THE JUSTICE WE DESERVE AND OUR HOMES BACK

Yes, I have been a victim of Identity theft and a victim of foreclosure. Wells Fargo, and their Debt collectors Phelan Hallinan and Schmieg in Philadelphia have yet to show me the Wells Fargo wet blue ink note. The wet blue ink note is not filed in the Northampton Recorder of Deeds. Nor can it be found at Fannie Mae, a subpoena for production of wet blue ink note, with a fake address, and my dead husband;s signature submitted to Fannie could not be found. Could it be it does not exist and this is an example of Fraud upon the Court. Wells Fargo has a manual that Attorney Linda Terrilli has submitted to Federal court in NY. Could it be that Phelan Hallinan and Schmieg were using this manual to help people out of their homes in PA and other states. Judith Romano is or was a partner and she is also a VP of MERS and notary at Full Spectrum Legal. In addition, Kim Martin works at Core Logic and Radian Guarranty another enterprise that PHS has stakes in . Connect the dots people your homes may be a evidence of a grand theft scam.

Completely breaking the link between free speech and money is the only foundation on which we can base the necessary reforms to eliminate the abusive power of BIG $$$ Interests. Success in all other reforms from the environment to taxes to bribing our representatives... is almost impossible until we first achieve establish this basis. "We don't have free speech. We can't afford it."

Senate bill 571 that Snyder has signed prohibits local officials from publicly discussing ballot proposals or millage issues in the 60 days leading up to an election. It is essentially a gag order and is a violation of our free speech. He has willfully poisoned our citizens' drinking water in Flint for over a year, and is now infringing upon our right to free speech. Recall him now before he does more harm.

There has been a growing conflict on the San Mateo County Coast between families, hikers and off-leash dogs and their owners. These conflicts have resulted in injuries to children, adults and pets. The potential for violent confrontations between hikers and dog-owners are escalating. Our parks should be safe places for all our citizens to enjoy. We simply ask that our Rangers enforce existing law.

I believe that if kept clean and safe, chickens are a good source for food as well as natural fertilizer. Hens are extremely quiet and produce no more waste than the average dog or cat. As a tax paying resident of Farmington Hills, I should be allowed to keep these quiet farm animals in the privacy of my own yard. I have been contacted by Councilman Lerner. He has informed me that a resident May in fact keep chickens, but they must be a minimum of 175' away from the neighbors. I appreciate this information, but feel as though that makes it mostly impossible for most residents to in fact keep a coop. After all, how many of us live 175' apart? Perhaps that was the whole point when coming up with this number as a zoning guideline.

This is an OBVIOUS ISSUE each and every concerned citizen is aware of and it requires no justification or proof!  Power to the People!

Governor Bruce Rauner refuses to budge on his political positions in order to pass a state budget. Those positions include, stripping public sector workers of the right to bargain collectively, create right to work zones within the state, as well as using children attending Chicago Public Schools as pawns in order to leverage Mayor Rahm Emanuel to allow right to work within the city of Chicago as well as strip collective bargaining from public sector unions. He has also filled his cabinet with lackeys who are way overpaid, yet the state of Illinois is broke. Governor Rauner has shown no interest in compromise and lacks the leadership to be able to govern the state of Illinois effectively.

Oregon Democrats will send 74 delegates to the Democratic National Convention this July in Philadelphia. Most of them will be bound to support the winner of the May 17 primary election, but the 13 'Superdelegates' can support the candidate of their choice. 3 of these 'Superdelegates' have already pledged support to a candidate BEFORE ANYONE IN OREGON HAS VOTED: Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum, Rep. Kurt Schrader (CD 5) , Rep. Suzanne Bonamici (CD 1), and Sen. Ron Wyden have already pledged to support Hillary Clinton for President, months before our state's primary election. We're asking for ALL of Oregon's elected Democratic officials to refrain from endorsing or publicly supporting any presidential candidate before Oregon's Democrats have had a chance to express their preference in the May 17th, 2016 Primary. Let the voters decide!

My Husband is a 37 year, 3 decade war veteran. He worked for the City of Dallas for 30 years. Every Veteran's Day, he was told that he had to take personal time to go march in the parade in downtown Dallas. Why don't they give the veterans the day off anyway? It's a kick in the face, a useless holiday.

Mayor Kellogg has called councilmen obstructionist for demanding transparency and oversight. Alderman Lamont Brown along with three other alderman refuse to support a tax levy for similar reason. Citizens expect accountability in government in order to ensure their tax dollars are being utilized appropriately. Any form, act or the appearance of a dictatorship must end and transparency must begin.
