A lot of us have children that live and play in Oxford. Just because you don't live in the area this petition is targeting doesn't mean you are not affected. I see this problem daily and have been fighting for change in this area. since we have attended town board meetings they have been very receptive and I think this may help. Thank you.

It's so unfair that because Election Days are always on a Tuesday when people are working so many people cannot vote because of polling place hours.

The Evans City Borough Council meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at 6 pm. This time is inconvenient for many residents, especially those who work outside the borough or those with young children. With the current meeting time, many residents feel discouraged and left in the dark as to what's going on in the community.

The people of El Paso, TX and Juarez, MX are coming together after this tragedy, but this wound will take a long time to heal. A visit by the President is detrimental to our healing process. The Town is considering severely limiting the number of bikes permitted to be parked at our beaches, particularly in Sandpiper Village. There is very little vehicular parking at our beaches and biking to the beach is the safest, most convenient method of transportation and has been permitted without restriction for 50 years. As an alternative the Town should consider the following: 1. Place Sandpiper bike racks in street rights of way to not reduce bike parking spots. 2. Convert some vehicular parking spaces to bike parking. 3. Restrict bike parking to residents and guests with town issued stickers. 4. Restrict bike access for outsiders through Cat Hill.

We need Michelle to assure a democratic victory and a strong capable president.

I am appalled at the lawless behavior of this president as documented in the Mueller report. This president acts as if he is above the law. Such disregard for the rule of law by the person who is supposed to be upholding the law is a profound threat to our democracy. Congress must do its duty and begin an impeachment inquiry to hold this president accountable.

The Medicare for All single-payer health care proposal has been terribly distorted by other politicians, the health care industry, and right-wing media. The massive amount of funds that Elizabeth and Bernie will raise for their campaigns will provide a unique and unprecedented opportunity to educate the public while promoting a central platform of their campaigns. Whoever is ultimately nominated and elected, support for Medicare for All will be strengthened and it will be harder to lie about it.

Fighting to stop the deaths of many loved ones due to drunk driving!

I am a town resident and voter who finds it unacceptable that the council can remove democratically-elected members.
