When I look at the Democratic field I see a lot of talent and good ideas. But this positive message is lost in the bickering that makes them all so unattractive. Democrats have a mission to serve the needs of all classes, all races in this country including former Trump voters. People are tired of fighting. Give them hope and unity and a positive cohesive message.

If the candidate with the most delegates does not get to run as the Democratic nominee for President, and Superdelegates give it to a less popular candidate , it will fracture the Democratic Party. This will likely keep Trump in office for four more years, and we cannot let this happen!

It is often difficult to see when stopped on Thurston at Nevada because of cars parked along the road. I have personally narrowly avoided accidents at this intersection because I thought it was clear, but there was a car coming down Nevada that I could not see. A 4-way stop would make this intersection much safer and less stressful to cross.

Trump exhibits severe debilitating and defective character and personality traits. He is a serial, pathological liar. And as of 2/24/20, he has told over 16,500 lies or untruths since becoming illegitimate, fake-president of the USA. Trump is a con-man. In June of 2018, a $25 million dollar settlement was reached in the Trump University fraud case – where Trump scammed unsuspecting students out of their hard earned money. Trump is a Birther. He lies and deceives constantly. According to Tom Murse, “Trump has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy for his companies six times. Three of the casino bankruptcies came during the recession of the early 1990s and the Gulf War, both of which contributed to hard times in Atlantic City, New Jersey's gambling facilities. He also entered a Manhattan hotel and two casino holding companies into bankruptcy.” (Tom Murse’s Article, 10/16/2019). Trump is a criminal. He is an unindicted co-conspirator in the Stormy Daniels Case, where he tried to cover-up his affair with that porn star, by making criminal, election violations payments to her. The Mueller Investigation and the Ukraine election-cheating case indicate that Trump wantonly, willfully commits crimes routinely, constantly. Trump is a traitor. He assisted, aided and abetted Vladimir Putin’s attack on the USA during the election of 2016 – and afterwards. He continues to assist Putin to this day. Consider his shameful, treasonous conduct in Helsinki, Finland, in July, 2018. Trump has destroyed the US Presidency, the DOJ, the Republican Party, and the Senate GOP. His attacks on the Judicial branch of government have been severe and unrelenting. Trump attacks African Americans, Latinos, Republicans, and Democrats; and employees of the Intelligence Community, the CIA, and the FBI. Trump is a one-man wrecking crew. Trump covered-up and obstructed the Mueller Investigation and the House Impeachment process. He tried to cheat again, and enlist Ukraine to help him in the 2020 US election. He denies that Russia helped him in 2016. Trump is the worse type of thing that has ever appeared on earth. There is no legitimate and effective US federal government in force today to check him. That’s why the Trump Crime Family walked right in and took over. Moreover, we’re in a new age, a new era since 1998, called the Second Coming – and biblical change and effects complicate matters. Trump and the Republican Party should be subject to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Wherefore, we good, honorable, loyal Americans, hereby issue this Citizens Arrest Warrant for the following aberrant, treasonous criminals, to check them and hold them accountable: Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell (MoscowMitch), William Barr, Lindsey Graham, Jim Jordan, Devin Nunes, and all of the other satanic deviants.

Our representative democracy has always experienced a peaceful transfer of power. According to reports from our U.S. intelligence community, there are current efforts to undermine our election by a foreign state. If we allow Election Day to come and pass, the very integrity of our elections may come into question. If it does, the foreign state may have accomplished their mission to divide us and advance their own interests with "elected" officials of the U.S. government in the future. Furthermore, policies that will affect our daily lives will come to pass and may affect, our education, health, economy, and our national security.

Several new sections written into the new law are going to have devastating retroactive consequences for current auto injury survivors that have been receiving care for many years. Several sections are going to make drastic negative changes in the way these patients are going to receive their care in the future. The New Michigan Auto Law makes drastic cuts to the reimbursement rates to almost every company providing services to current auto injury survivor’s and ones in the future. These cuts are as large as 50% and directed at small and large businesses in the healthcare industry. Currently, healthcare organizations make up 32 percent of the top 25 companies in the State of Michigan. These drastic cuts will lead to Michigan Healthcare Workers losing hundreds of thousands of jobs. The majority of small businesses serving auto injury survivor’s will be out of business. If you work or know someone who works for one of these types of businesses, you should be concerned about your future. Here’s an example of a few types of healthcare businesses that will be affected: Home Care Companies Case Managers Hospitals Rehabilitation Centers & Offices Attorneys Medical Supply Companies Doctors Offices Physical and Occupational Therapy Several other sections written into the new law address the increased liability you will now be taking on by reverting back to the tort system. You could now be responsible to pay another families medical bills resulting from a car crash for the rest of their life. Or you might have to go through the trouble of having to sue someone else to try and get your medical bills paid for. Either way is not good. Because of all of this increased liability, we are now going to have to carry a much greater amount of liability insurance that will increase our premiums and offset the savings from giving up our right to lifetime care for our family resulting from a car crash. Southern state Democrats have been consistently left out of the Presidential campaign trail despite of these being some of the most diverse states in the country. Stacey Abrams is the most prominent national voice fighting voter suppression and advocates for our concerns, particularly affecting people in the South.

Attorney General William Barr has falsely presented the findings of the Mueller Report to the American public, Mr. Barr has traveled to various other countries acting as an emissary for Donald Trump, President of the United States, and he has become involved in decreasing Federal sentencing guidelines for Roger Stone. We believe Mr. Barr is acting on behalf of the personal interests of President Trump and against the interests of the citizens of the United States who in this instance is his client.

Trump is running victory laps. He is ranting that the Senate acquittal vote proves that the impeachment business was phony, a persecution by his enemies. He is firing officials who testified against him, and deriding the Democratic leadership. In contrast, Clinton, who was impeached for lying to Congress about a sexual relationship with an intern, expressed shame and remorse. Trump must be made to understand that he did something wrong and can be held accountable, not just by Democrats but also by members of his own party. Whereas a vote to convict takes 67 senators, it only takes 51 senators to pass a resolution to censure. More than 4 GOP senators have said his behavior vis-a-vis the Ukrainian fund was (and continues to be) unacceptable. Recently, 8 GOP senators voted for the Iran War Powers Resolution, which says that Trump must have Congressional approval to start a war with Iran. Manchin’s Censure Resolution was introduced just before the final vote on Trump’s guilt, and was tabled at that time. The Senate may well be ready to pick it up again, in the light of his recent actions.
