At the end of 2019, as the disease COVID-19 was ravaging other countries Donald Trump and his administration made the conscious decision to not take actions to mitigate the impending crisis for the American people. They made the decision to not appoint someone to oversee information about the disease and they made the decision to not order the tests needed in this crisis. This inaction has lead to an extreme economic downturn, an incredible number of job losses for working people, even more unstable conditions for the poor and homeless, and will lead to an exponential amount of preventable illnesses and deaths. We have just learned that this was not just incompetence but a conscious decision made by President Trump to protect his Re-election bid. In and interview with NPR, journalist Dan Diamond from Politico notes: "In the case of Alex Azar [Secretary of Health] he did go to the president in January. He did push past the resistance from the president's political aides to warn the president the new coronavirus could be a major problem. There were aides around Trump - Kellyanne Conway had some skepticism at times that this was something that needed to be a presidential priority." "But at the same time, Secreatry Azar has not always given the president the worst-case scenario of what could happen. My understanding is [Trump] did not push to do aggressive additional testing in recent weeks... and that's partly because more testing might have led to more cases being discovered of coronavirus outbreak, and the president had made clear - the lower the numbers on coronavirus, the better for the president, the better for his reelection this fall." I demand you immediately look into this gross negligence and do everything you can to ensure President Trump's resignation.

We are losing a lot of potential in healthcare due to current immigration regulations that restricts physicians' contributions. The current J1-waiver situation limits the ability of these physicians to treat patients and provide care in cases of emergencies (such as COVID-19). Many physicians are required by their J1-waiver obligation to only practice in few locations under the scrutiny of their sponsors and government.

In June of 2018, a $25 million dollar settlement was reached in the Trump University fraud case – where Trump scammed unsuspecting students out of their hard earned money. Trump is a Birther. Three of the casino bankruptcies came during the recession of the early 1990s and the Gulf War, both of which contributed to hard times in Atlantic City, New Jersey's gambling facilities. He is an unindicted co-conspirator in the Stormy Daniels Case, where he tried to cover-up his affair with that porn star, by making criminal, election violations payments to her. The Mueller Investigation and the Ukraine election-cheating case indicate that Trump wantonly, willfully commits crimes routinely, constantly. Trump is a traitor. He assisted, aided and abetted Vladimir Putin’s attack on the USA during the election of 2016 – and afterwards. He continues to assist Putin to this day. Consider his shameful, treasonous conduct in Helsinki, Finland, in July, 2018. Trump has destroyed the US Presidency, the DOJ, the Republican Party, and the Senate GOP. His attacks on the Judicial branch of government have been severe and unrelenting. Trump attacks African Americans, Latinos, Republicans, and Democrats; and employees of the Intelligence Community, the CIA, and the FBI. Trump is a one-man wrecking crew. Trump covered-up and obstructed the Mueller Investigation and the House Impeachment process. He tried to cheat again, and enlist Ukraine to help him in the 2020 US election. He denies that Russia helped him in 2016. Trump is the worse type of thing that has ever appeared on earth. There is no legitimate and effective US federal government in force today to check him. That’s why the Trump Crime Family walked right in and took over. Moreover, we’re in a new age, a new era since 1998, called the Second Coming – and biblical change and effects complicate matters. Trump and the Republican Party should be subject to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Wherefore, we good, honorable, loyal Americans, hereby issue this Citizens Arrest Warrant for the following aberrant, treasonous criminals, to check them and hold them accountable: Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell (MoscowMitch), William Barr, Lindsey Graham, Jim Jordan, Devin Nunes, and all of the other satanic deviants.

Attorney General William Barr has falsely presented the findings of the Mueller Report to the American public, Mr. Barr has traveled to various other countries acting as an emissary for Donald Trump, President of the United States, and he has become involved in decreasing Federal sentencing guidelines for Roger Stone. We believe Mr. Barr is acting on behalf of the personal interests of President Trump and against the interests of the citizens of the United States who in this instance is his client.

Trump is running victory laps. He is ranting that the Senate acquittal vote proves that the impeachment business was phony, a persecution by his enemies. He is firing officials who testified against him, and deriding the Democratic leadership. In contrast, Clinton, who was impeached for lying to Congress about a sexual relationship with an intern, expressed shame and remorse. Trump must be made to understand that he did something wrong and can be held accountable, not just by Democrats but also by members of his own party. Whereas a vote to convict takes 67 senators, it only takes 51 senators to pass a resolution to censure. More than 4 GOP senators have said his behavior vis-a-vis the Ukrainian fund was (and continues to be) unacceptable. Recently, 8 GOP senators voted for the Iran War Powers Resolution, which says that Trump must have Congressional approval to start a war with Iran. Manchin’s Censure Resolution was introduced just before the final vote on Trump’s guilt, and was tabled at that time. The Senate may well be ready to pick it up again, in the light of his recent actions.
