• Reject Trump Mobile!
Trump Mobile is just the latest example of the Trump family's using the office of the president of the United States to sell products, from perfume to sneakers. Experts at leading organizations like Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics warn that without real insights into who is funding these many businesses—it’s impossible to know what entities might be trading political favors for investments.  And the lack of clarity doesn’t end there. The Trump Organization’s release says the smartphone will cost only $499 and be made in the United States, despite the fact that there is essentially no manufacturing system in the U.S. that could fully produce a smartphone at that cost. Eric Trump has since walked back this claim in interviewss, but The Trump Organization has yet to clarify for buyers that the phones are in fact not USA made.    Meanwhile, there are serious potential implications when it comes to surveillance and data privacy. The current policy would allow The Trump Organization to collect data from web searches, browsing, geolocation, and even text and email content.  Major companies like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon can refuse to work with The Trump Organization and prevent potential ethics violations on their watch. Tell them to reject Trump Mobile NOW.

  • Protect Artists' Rights: Stop Unlicensed AI Training
AI technologies are advancing rapidly, often at the expense of artists whose copyrighted work is being used without permission or compensation to train these systems. This threatens the livelihoods of working creatives who are real humans with vision, skill and soul; their work scraped without consent and used to train AI models that now compete for jobs, visibility, and compensation. This affects us all, not just artists. We need to set laws now before artists lose ownership of their creative works. Whether you're an artist, an ally, or someone who values human-made work, this is the moment to stand up for creative authorship, copyright, and fair compensation. Join us in demanding transparency, accountability, and legal protections for our creative industries.

  • Tell Congress: No War in Iran
Trump’s reckless and illegal actions just put us on the brink of a major war with Iran, putting millions of people in immediate danger. Trump ordered multiple B-2 bombers to drop bombs on three nuclear sites in Iran: an under-mountain facility at Fordow, a larger enrichment plant at Natanz, and a third site near the ancient city of Isfahan. Iranian retaliation is horrifyingly likely and millions of people across an entire region are at incredible, urgent risk. This is nothing short of a national emergency. That’s why Congress must immediately convene to pass war powers resolutions that block Trump from further escalation and demand diplomacy. Today, we need to do what we do best: Turn up the pressure to stop a war.

  • Tell AG Bondi: NO Taxpayer money for Proud Boys
This far-right hate group helped incite the deadly January 6th insurrection – and now, they’re suing to make YOU pay them $100 million for it. You read that right: Five leaders of the Proud Boys – who were convicted by a jury of their peers after trying to overthrow our democracy – are now claiming that they are the victims and are suing the Department of Justice (DOJ). They’re hoping that Trump – who called January 6th a “day of love” – and his loyalists will hand them millions of our tax dollars to spread more chaos, more violence, and more hate. We can’t let it happen. The DOJ should spend its budget to protect us — to stop violent, organized hate groups like the Proud Boys from terrorizing our communities. Tell Attorney General Pam Bondi: Fight back against this lawsuit. Don’t give the Proud Boys a single dime of taxpayer money.

We call on local and state leaders to release all footage, open an independent investigation, and ensure this never happens again. Matthew was a son, brother, and friend. His family—and the public—deserve the truth.

  • Thank you, Senator Padilla
When Sen. Padilla of California spoke up at a press conference with Kristi Noem, he was forcibly grabbed, pushed out of the room, wrestled to the ground, and handcuffed—all while identifying himself and peacefully doing his job. The Trump administration needs to hear from all corners of the country and elected officials from both sides of the aisle that this is intolerable. In calls to Congress and protests in the streets, we will show them that our democracy is stronger than their autocracy. The Trump administration has manufactured a crisis to justify aggressive federal action in California and even deployment of U.S. military forces on domestic soil. It's outrageous, in defiance of our rights, liberty, and safety. It is meant to terrorize immigrant communities, criminalize protest, and silence dissent. And Trump is doing all of this while trying to pass his funding bill to take away health care from 16 million people to pay for billionaire tax cuts.  The Trump administration is bringing violence to all of our cities—and this act by federal agents is an extension of that agenda. It’s clear that the administration won’t allow for any dissent, protest, or scrutiny as it carries out its reckless deportation policies. Handcuffing a sitting United States senator for simply doing his job is another escalation in the attack on all of our civil liberties. This isn’t just about one person’s rights; it’s about all of our rights.  Sen. Padilla deserves our country’s thanks—for showing up for his constituents and putting his own safety on the line. This shouldn’t be necessary, but the Trump administration has made it clear that we need all leaders—political, civic, religious, cultural, and others—doing what they can to show up for the rights and liberties of us all. Thank you, Sen. Padilla. We have your back.

  • Act Now to End ICE Raids and Military Escalation Against Protestors
When community members protested Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) raids to protect their neighbors this weekend, they were met with what The New York Times called, “an extraordinary show of force.” “Dozens of federal agents wearing helmets and green camouflage arrived in two hulking armored trucks and other unmarked vehicles, and were soon approached by a crowd of immigrant activists and supporters. Some agents carried riot shields and others held rifles, as well as shotguns that appeared to be loaded with less-than-lethal ammunition.” This is mass deportation under Trump. Now that he has deployed thousands of National Guard troops along with 700 active duty Marines to crush protests in the Los Angeles area, more violent intimidation and threats to free speech are likely. Troops and tanks don’t belong on LA’s streets, or anywhere. But the horrifying reality is that Trump’s military flex likely won’t be limited to southern California or his DC tank parade — and that’s why we’re reaching out today with an urgent call. This is no time for business as usual. Senators have a crucial role to play in securing an end to the ICE raids and Trump’s violence-first responses. The good news? They’re more likely to do it if they hear from you today.
