My sister, who was born deaf and with congenital heart disease, is currently receiving a monthly SSD check which barely covers basic necessities. She is not capable of working and were she to need hospitalization, the co-pays alone would be unmanageable. The leadership of one of the groups consulting on the anti-Planned Parenthood videos includes a convicted felon who attempted to bomb an abortion clinic. And now, hackers have attacked Planned Parenthood's website and are releasing the staff's personal information. Republican presidential candidate Senator Rand Paul has vowed to use “all legislative vehicles” available to defund Planned Parenthood. And Republican leaders in Congress are rushing to schedule the first votes. More than 2.7 million people turn to Planned Parenthood's nonprofit clinics in the U.S. each year for affordable health care services, including cancer-prevention tests, well-woman visits, access to birth control, and abortion services. Make no mistake about it: Abortion rights and women's health are under attack. Tell Congress you stand with Planned Parenthood for women's health and rights.

According to the Brennan Center for Justice, 12,000 eligible voters, a number twenty-two times larger than George W. Bush’s 537 vote triumph over Al Gore, were wrongly identified as convicted felons and purged from the voting rolls in Florida. African Americans, who favored Gore over Bush by 86 points, accounted for 11 percent of the state’s electorate but 41 percent of those purged. We are asking that the Jed Bush administration be fully investigated for it's involvement in violating citizens rights by purging thousands of African Americans from the Florida voter rolls and the appropriate legal action be taken against those responsible for illegally influencing the outcome of the 2000 election.

I've been seeing too many lives being taken by police for something so small or for nothing at all. Sandra Bland's case in particular is my motivation for this movement. I want justice for not only her but for all the others who lost their lives and their voices weren't heard. They will be heard now with the help of American citizens who care, who want to see a change, who want to feel safe; being protected by police and not in danger when they get pulled over for something, or stopped on the street by a cop. Things should change, and if enough people care, THINGS WILL CHANGE!

The autopsy of Sandra Bland was incomplete. We need to prove that it was murder. WThe District Attorney of Waller County said the autopsy was incomplete although Sandra Bland was released to her family. There is suspicion that Sandra Brown was murdered and there is a cover-up. Encinia couldn't handle that. Texas doesn't need someone who cannot deal with assertive citiens, especially if they are Black and female.

I am a victim of domestic abuse. My brother has made a life for himself while physically abusing me and verbally abusing me as well. My life is not at all how I planned it as a small child and i want justice foe the years of pure hell that he put me through. my brother has a big house and a car and all these nice things yet he is an abusive jerk who still gets away with it. and holds my family hostage. many people like me have been through pure hell and have nothing to show for the torture our abusers put us through and pure abusers have money and cars and houses and good jobs that we don't have and we still are stuck. Let's take their jobs and car and houses from them.
