Demetrius is my only Grandson, he was 16 years old when he was framed and sent to Prison. My heartache every day is because I can't hug him and tell him I love him or kiss his handsome face. Grandparents who have a pre-existing relationship with their Grandchild since birth should have visitation rights. When the Grandchild has become self- aware, knows who we are and what we mean to him and is very familiar with their surroundings, they should not be restricted or punished un-necessarily. We believe it is in the best interest of any Grandchild that they be given the opportunity to visit their Grandparents. We believe Grandparents should be given visitation rights that are reasonably accepted by all parties. We believe the absence of a loved one, who has been such a big part of their Grandchild's life, is like experiencing a death, because the loved ones are here one day and gone the next. It happens too quickly already!

The lack of proper maintenance for a housing development led to major gas leaks which forced over 170 people into the cold. Assistance was only provided for the ones that went to a shelter. Due to financial hardship and convenience many could only find housing with friends or family. There was a lack of equal assistance among all the residents. The livelihood and welfare of seniors, children, special needs children and animals were put at risk. For the families that were not put into hotels, we want credit on our rent. We want reimbursement for expenses such as the following: payments to family/friends to take animals and for any payment made for providing the residence shelter; paying expense for illness caused for being forced into the cold; and expenses for having to get our children to school when we had to live out of the riverside district. Hopes this brings light to safety concerns in these development will stop being ignored and safe apts being provided of individuals that are true need of assistance.

More states are realizing Breed Specific Legislation is not the answer. It's time for WI to jump on the bandwagon of what's right and ban BSL for good. A dog's breed does not determine it's character & focus should be on the deed and not the breed.

There is a pervasive lack of understanding of the toxicity and prevalence of bifenthrin and most states are not looking for bifenthrin in urban streams. This is a silent killer that no one is looking for. We could have healthy urban streams full of fish and strong local economies if we properly manage our urban environments. Banning bifenthrin would be a large step in that direction.

I am presenting this petition to Judge Davis, to support his decision of the first sentencing and to request he lower if he has to as little as possible.

As architect for a minority non profit housing operation, I observed a Federal Court without jurisdiction to hear a case hold conduct it for more then six years at great cost to HUD where the City that sued its own housing agency and the agency were both found to have "dirty hands" in an joint City-HUD audit; where the case named the a defendant wrongly which should have in any court caused the case to be immediately dismissed; where the defendant was not permitted to have an attorney; where no trial was held; where the $25 to $27 million of HUD funds (at least) that went missing or misappropriated was waived because the DOJ attorney said "now we don't have to investigate", then was shortly after appointed to the same Federal Court; and where a sanction was issued and I am threatened with jail by the Federal judge whose wife, also a Judge, laid the sanctions against me for exercising my due process rights by raising these matters. This Case is docketed at the US Supreme Court but unless there is wide public support the case will NEVER get read....As pro se, in forma pauperis no attorney asked will represent these issues. The Supreme Court understandably picks cases where they know the legal representative knows what he or she is doing, whether or not the issues have merit. This case explains the unseen background as to why a Ferguson, Missouri can happen.

President Obama is proposing free community college, and Republicans are already opposing it. This is the kind of big idea that voters need to see Democrats stand for -- because it impacts millions of people's lives. We need to urge President Obama and Congressional Democrat to embrace this fight, and showcase it at the upcoming State of the Union. We're keeping the media and Democratic allies informed of our momentum, so they see the huge public support for progressive big ideas.

I have nearly $100,000 in student loans because college was an economic burden. Congress should work to pass legislation to make attending college a path to prosperity instead of a debilitating burden that harms middle and lower income Americans. Free college is the future and it's affordable for our country.
