    The shootings that take place repeatedly in our country have to stop. Every gun eliminated from the street supply, makes every where in the country that much safer. If a no questions asked guns for groceries worked in LA, and it did, every state and every county and municipality should do it! Some states would never decide to do it. Local federal law enforcement should make this program an ongoing process available every day the office is opened.

  • Counters for every redlight camera
    There should be a big counters that shows how many seconds before the light will change to yellow at every red light camera intersection. Promotes safety and makes it fair for drivers. I went through a light which switched as I was under it so stopping wasn't an option; the flashes from the camera were longer than the yellow light. Wasn't fair and was costly especially during the holidays

  • Want Smaller Govt? Stop Politicians Paychecks.
    This may be a way for this "Do-Nothing" Congress to be forced to start doing the job they were sent to Washington, D.C. to do. Hit them in their wallets: where it hurts. After all, they don't seem that concerned about taking money from the most vulnerable in our society -- the young, the poor and the elderly.

  • Stop the use of N word in movies
    Since "Django Unchained" was released, it's been revealed that the racial slur known as the "N word" was uttered over 100 times in the movie. I understand the value of free speech and creative license when producing movies, but it's troubling that this word is used excessively. Many of us know the history of the word and understand the different facets of how the word is used, but my point of view is that this word is ultimately a negative reflection of a people.
