My husband has chrons, which is also a side effect of eating GMOs along with various other stomach problems. The 3rd generation of rats fed GMOs were sterile, so what would it do to people? Plus, if it crossbreads with non GMO plants, EVERYTHING will become GM and we will have no option.

I have a loan with Wells Fargo that was originally owned by Wachovia Bank. Wells Fargo took over the loan and is now receiving my monthly payments. They tell me each time I call to refinance "we are not refinancing loans that was not originated by Wells Fargo". This is not fair! They have been accepting my payments for over a year! They should be able to refinance this loan, I have a very high interest rate of over 7%, All I want is a lower rate and lower mortgage payments.

I went to two different McDonalds for breakfast wanting to hear a balanced review of the final debate. FOX News was playing in both places and when I requested the channel be changed the supervisor refused. I believe being force fed propoganda is dangerous to me and to our country. I called the corporate office and asked if this was corporate policy and the customer service rep would only reply "Each franchise has its own policies.' Ask again. Repeat standard reply.

Donald Trump has officially entered the 2016 presidential race and will be vying for the Republican party's nomination. Since announcing, Donald Trump has attacked Mexican immigrants as "rapists" and "killers." Following these attacks, Univision announced that it was ending its partnership with Donald Trump and would not air Miss USA pageant. NBC later followed suit announcing that it was severing all ties with Donald Trump. In its statement, NBC made it clear that Donald Trump's brand of bigoted bullying is simply inconsistent with the values that NBC represents. However, Macy's has been silent. But Macy's has an even stronger relationship with Trump than NBC. It's time for Macy's to follow Univision's and NBC's lead and finally dump Trump. ----- Macy's has a special deal with Donald Trump. Trump is their de facto spokesperson. They invest in developing Trump's brand, promote him in advertising, and sell his clothing line and fragrance at their locations. In the past, they have held major Trump-focused events at Macy's Herald Square. Macy's CEO Terry Lundgren sent Donald Trump a letter touting how excited Macy's was to be working with Trump and promised to expand Trump's brand even further. Now that Trump is a presidential candidate, Macy's should not be supporting Trump like this. And furthermore, Macy's should not be celebrating Donald Trump. Donald Trump engages in especially unpleasant, nasty, and despicable behavior. He has: - Long engaged in sexist behavior. Trump has a long record of personally attacking women he disagrees with by calling them unattractive, ugly, or fat. He once sent a woman a note telling her that she has the "face of a dog." Not even his own daughter is immune to Trump's sexism. While speaking about his daughter, Trump observed: "She does have a very nice figure ... if [she] weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her." - Hypocritically complained about jobs being shipped overseas, despite the fact that products in his Macy's clothing line are made in China and other Asian nations. - Use his public platform to deny the reality of climate change. Following Hurricane Sandy, Trump publicly declared: "The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive." - Perpetuated the racially-charged birther conspiracy, repeatedly arguing that President Obama has been lying and was not born in the United States. The list goes on. But the point remains, Macy's should dump Trump. Macy's boasts about its social responsibility policy, which reads: "There is no shortage of talk about the obligation of public companies to be socially responsible to the people and communities where they do business. At Macy’s, Inc., we hold those same beliefs – along with a belief that actions speak louder than words when it comes to helping tackle some of the toughest problems facing us today." Indeed, Macy's. Actions speak louder than words. So, act and dump Trump.

San Miguel County has less water for survival than nearly any place in the United States. Now Royal Dutch Shell and the gas and oil industry want to drill for natural gas here, involving hydraulic fracturing, aka fracking. Fracking uses millions of gallons of water per well and injects hundreds of toxic chemicals deep into the earth. One hundred percent of these wells eventually leak, polluting the earth forever.

Facebook, a website which is supposed to be a "Social Networking website" has become nothing but that, with the unexplained suspensions of members accounts due to them sending too many friend requests, and making too many posts, along with members being locked out of their accounts without logical explanation. Also, the website is filled with obscene pages depicting pornography, child and animal abuse, pedophiles, bullying, bigotry, and malicious criminal activity. After making numerous complaints on these issues to Facebook, to no avail, these problems still plague the website, making it a unpleasant website for social interaction with friends and family.

Verizon is nickel and diming their loyal customers who currently have an unlimited data plan and giving them ONE choice when they go to upgrade. The choice is to buy your phone at full price or you have to go to another shared type of plan and lose the unlimited plan that they promised customers they can keep as long as they did not change the plan! Verizon has a chance to honor those customers and reverse this decision!

The United States of America cannot survive being "run" by Mitt Romney and then "harvested" for the good of Mitt Romney and his wealthy cronies.

Twenty-three (23) states have moved to amend the disastrous Citizens United Supreme Court ruling, but not New York. Billionaires buy all the air-time (or, in some cases, signage) they want with both anonymity and impunity in order to influence our elected leaders' behavior in Congress. This is not democracy. New York's voice, added to the chorus of the other 23 states, would go a long way toward real transparency in government.
