Legal Consumer's Beware. Utah needs to ban the use of Private Admonition and withholding critical information about the disciplinary record of an attorney you are about to hire. You have the right to make an informed choice. Utah disciplinary proceedings against attorneys take place behind closed doors, leaving you, the consumer to be a potential victim.

Our current winner take all, gerrymandered, and bought form of electoral representation unjustly concentrates both political and economic power in a few individuals and entities.

I was outraged to learn that the National Sheriffs' Association has chosen to honor Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca as its “Sheriff of the Year.” I strongly urge you to rescind this award.

I'm sure you are all aware Congress has a 79% disapproval rating. It seems our members of Congress think running our country is a joke or a game. None of them are putting our Country ahead of their Party. Since they have no intention to do what's best for our Country, I would like to start a movement to "vote all incumbents out of office starting in 2014." They need to get a loud and clear message from the people that the status-quo is no longer acceptable. They were elected to do their job, and if they choose not to, then they need to go! Enough is enough!

The city of Berkeley is number one in pedestrian deaths and injuries for cities its size in the state of California. Berkeley's policy of not citing, ticketing, and referring for prosecution even the most egregious cases had led to a free-for-all where drivers do not respect even the the most fundamental rights of pedestrians. Children, the elderly, and disabled people are taking the brunt of this brutality on our streets, many times even though the pedestrian is obeying every law. The police, the city and the DA's office do nothing.

We U.S. Citizens are "expected" to pay our own way with OBAMA CARE and/or other health and retirement benefits. "I" am tired of paying for extravagant trips, parties, entertainment, absurd benefits, etc. In a similar vein, I think is criminally wrong to offer $$$ to other countries when our own citizenry is in need.
