A total ban against all private ownerships of any guns and firearms magazines clips that can hold over 10-bullets and rounds , 3. A universal and complete full background checks on all guns and firearms sold bought and purchase in are state of kentucky , 4. We need to make all private ownerships of any military type assault guns firearms a felony crime in are state of kentucky , 5. We need to required that all guns and firearms owners in kentucky must have a gun safe or gun vault to keep all guns and firearms in the home stored secured and kept in a lock and secured gun safe or gun vault. ]

Florida citizens have been attacked by corruption. There is no agency in the Florida government to help the public citizen. Much of this corruption is white collar crime and is not acted upon to protect the public citizen. We need an agency that will address all crime including white collar crime. This agency must be willing to assist the public citizen to address this crime legally providing punitive damages to the citizen

Since 1865, 83.5% of the people executed in Maryland have been black. In 2013, blacks make up 80% of Maryland's death row population, 77% of Maryland's prison and jail population, and 76.1% of the state's prisoners with life sentences. In 2011, I personally witnessed the execution in Georgia of an innocent black man. The man's name was Troy Anthony Davis. Similar mistakes happened in Maryland and will happen again unless we abolish Maryland's death penalty. Let's do so before April 8, 2013, when Maryland's legislative session ends.

I am tired of reading about people who are convicted of vehicle homicide not go to jail or get very mild sentences

We have 3 Daughters ,who in the future will get married and have children. I don't want them or us or anyone who has children to have to worry about them being outside in the world ; front yard , school, playground , mall, movies, anywhere . This is suppose to be land of the free not land of the scared to be anywhere , anyday! People of the United States being safe should be top priority not how many gun sales are being made !!!

A close friend was shot by a mentally disturbed person who purchased bullets easily.Laws must establish responsibility.
