Save CSUSB Women's Water PoloCal State San Bernardino is planning on cutting the women's water polo program after this year. The young women on the team deserve to continue to play. The school doesn't currently have a track so replacing the water polo program with track and field will cost millions of dollars and increase tuition for everyone. They already have everything they need to continue playing water polo. Save the women's water polo team.3,168 of 4,000 SignaturesCreated by Darrel Morris

VOTE NO HB 1212State Representative Ted James filed HB 1212, which if passed, would change the state constitution and the more than 100-year-old Lawrason Act. "All of the sudden, they want to change the rules halfway through the game," Incorporate St. George spokesman Lionel Rainey said. HB 1212 is one of many trying to thwart the incorporation effort. St. George supporters believe lawmakers are changing the rules and the constitution to get their own agenda across. SPECIAL FOOD LABELS FOR VEGANSI am always worried that the food and products I am buying may contain animal, poultry, seafood or insect product, additives and derivatives. I am sure other consumers feel the same way as most of us at one time or another have unknowingly eaten such foods. This violates our health and ethical choices. Labels and a logo to state "SUITABLE FOR VEGANS" on all restaurant menu cards and food packages would help us select the right products that support our chosen life style of ethical veganism and encourage others to consider their choices too. That's why I created the petition below: Please label food and products free from animal, poultry, seafood or insect products, additives and derivatives with a logo and a stamp "SUITABLE FOR VEGANS" Please sign this important petition that directly impacts your life style choice.208 of 300 SignaturesCreated by GITA DOSHI

Comcast lobbyist David Cohen says he hasn't heard any "rational, knowledgeable voices" objecting ...You'd think Comcast super-lobbyist David Cohen might show some class. Maybe he'd even be humble knowing that 52 percent of Americans think Comcast's merger with Time Warner is a bad idea. Instead, Cohen says he hasn’t heard any “rational, knowledgeable voices” opposed to the merger. So much for humble. Let's tell David Cohen that millions of very knowledgeable, very rational people oppose this merger. It’s rational to oppose giving Comcast an untold amount of market power. And it's rational to be worried about the implications this merger has for privacy, freedom of speech, and the open Internet. And we remember when Comcast got busted for violating Net Neutrality--which makes us pretty knowledgeable. We know about their data caps and their plans for complete media domination. And we also know Comcast was just voted the worst company in America! Let's wipe that smirk off Cohen's face. Just add your name to our letter to Comcast's top lobbyist, David Cohen. We'll pass on your very knowledgeable and rational message that this merger is awful.140 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Demand Progress

Sign the petition: Urge the DOJ to investigate new Florida voting rule which closes all restrooms...Remember how bad the voter lines were on Election Day in 2012? In Florida, some stayed in line for over six hours. And now, they won’t be able to use the bathroom. The Miami-Dade County Elections Department has quietly implemented a policy to close the bathrooms at all polling facilities. Voters would have to choose between voting, or using the bathroom. Make no mistake about it. This is a political scheme to depress voter turnout in a heavily Democratic county, and it’s also probably illegal for violating basic disability law. Sign the petition: Urge U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to investigate this new Florida voting rule which closes all restrooms at polling places on Election Day.11,486 of 15,000 SignaturesCreated by Paul Hogarth

Protect Waipiʻo ValleyMany Hawaiians trace their genealogy to Waipiʻo, valley of the kings and once the hub of ancient Hawaiian civilization. As people who love the land we owe it to the ʻāina, to the kūpuna and to the ʻōpio to protect Waipiʻo, one of the last functioning cultural kīpuka and an invaluable seed bank to revitalize traditional Hawaiian practices and traditions.4,215 of 5,000 SignaturesCreated by Protect Waipiʻo Valley
