My sister, Jenny (a developmentally disabled adult), is a resident at the Ella Grasso Regional Center, which is scheduled to be closed June 30, 2016, due to State Budget Cuts. She and an additional 28 residents live and thrive in this facility, which is their home. We, the parents/guardians, oppose this decision to close E.G.R.C. Under the proposed requirements, a child who has an excellent overall GPA and has met all course requirements to graduate runs the risk of not receiving a diploma simply because s/he does not do well on a single standardized test. The undersigned parents urge the Haddonfield BOE to issue a resolution that opposes the proposed graduation requirements in favor of one that offers multiple pathways to a diploma and recognizes the need to validate the efficacy of the PARCC over a multi-year period before considering its use as an exit exam. The families of the striking Verizon workers are suffering incredible financial hardship due to Verizon's unreasonable and greedy demands at the bargaining table. Verizon is demanding the right to transfer us anywhere, lay us off with no regard to seniority and replace our displaced Brothers and Sisters with outside contractors. Verizon is demanding the right to outsource our call center jobs overseas. Verizon is demanding that our retirees greatly increase their contributions to health care costs. The Men and Women who built their network and service their customers deserve to live their lives with dignity.

The American people should receive a true democracy. That means the rights of the individual citizens to choose their president, not superpacs, superdelegates and anyone else who is not a citizen (such as a corporation, despite what Citizens United and the Supreme Court have ruled). ONE CITIZEN, ONE VOTE should be the rule, and this rule should elect our president. Independents should not be shut out of primary voting or any other part of the voting process. Rosemary Larkin is in her fourth year as principal of New Hingham Regional Elementary. I believe that her poor performance is having significant negative impacts on the quality of education our children are receiving, and the environment in which they are being educated. Her failed leadership not only has direct negative consequences to our children, but also impacts the communities in which we live.

Rampant and suspiciously consistent irregularities form data hacking, and physical obstruction through criminal neglect to fraudulently interfere with the voting process of the United States in violation of the Voting Rights Act of 2006. To whit: "Suspended the use of literacy tests and voter DISQUALIFICATION DEVICES for five years. Authorized the use of federal examiners to supervise voter registration in states that used tests or in which less than half the voting-eligible residents registered or voted. Directed the U.S. Attorney General to institute proceedings against use of poll taxes. Provided criminal penalties for individuals who violated the act. Passed by the 89th Congress (1965–1967) as S. 1564." We hold that data manipulation, and many tactics are indeed "disqualification devices" in short and simple. Further, Pursuant to 18 USCS § 241, two or more persons are prohibited from conspiring to injure, OPPRESS, threaten, or intimidate any person in any state, territory, commonwealth, possession, or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him or her by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his or her having so exercised the same. The Oxford Dictionary of "oppress" is accepted as canon: "Keep (someone) in SUBJECTION and hardship, especially by the unjust exercise of authority: a system which oppressed working people". From the same canonical source: "subjection is defined as "The action of subjecting a country or person to one’s control, or the fact of being subjected".

Voter suppression is at an all time high in this years presidential primary elections. Nothing seems to be done about it after the fact so taking what little action we can beforehand seems the only route.
