My son Pavielle Walton, has been housed at the county jail here in the state of Arizona every since February 2012. I have tried several of our black leaders to come and see what's going on and know one is willing to come and see how corrupt their system is for people of color. I have reached out to Al sharpton, the Nation of Islam and the NAACP as well but no help.

I own a home in West Haverstraw (N.Y 10993) There is a warehouse 5 feet from my backyard that runs a business of painting cabinets/furniture with lacquer paint that fills the air with paint fumes. The Fumes come through windows of my home sometimes, we can even taste it. I have contacted the EPA,DEC,building inspector, Mayor of West Haverstraw Rockland County Heath Department (who said," its not in the budget any longer to come and inspect anything" local media and social media. I have 4 children we cannot live like this its unhealthy and horrible to smell. The building was zone 50+ years ago,We dont know who approved this 3 years ago allowing a industrial business to run so close to a residential property, this cant be right. Please help us by sharing,supporting and acknowledging this page.

Our lease for the building is almost up and will be available for other schools/vendors to occupy. Due to our school's commendable performance on DC-CAS last year and our "Rising School" rating from OSSE which identified only 30 other schools in the city of grades 6-8 did better gives us a strong case to stay in our building. Due to the law put in place to stop the illegal distribution of narcotic drugs by doctors or better known as pill mills and other narcotic traffickers a greater crime has occurred. The law was made into law to stop a crime that effects our society but at the same time the law is targeting the innocence, paving the way to a law that is a crime in it self. Patients such as myself who are not drug addicts, drug dealers or criminals suffering from chronic pain illnesses are being victimized and have been victimized due to this law and the advocate responsible for the creation of a law that oppresses, legally discriminates, causing fraud, forms of malpractice, deformation of character moral and humanitarian crimes against humanity. I myself and many other patients suffering from chronic pain cant find help because of this law that is and has violated our rights to receive care and treatment for our chronic conditions which is caused the innocence to suffer. A doctor because of Steve Beshear tried to frame me and then pushed me out of the clinic because she due to the Governor and the law was afraid to treat me for my condition after seeking help else where from another doctor they express they can not help me because of the new law and refuse to treat my condition I have evidence of the framing and prove they admit it is wrong and false. People in this state cant even be seen by a doctor if they have chronic pain. This law and what this Governor has done is a violation of basic human rights, needs and patient right and treatment needs which therefore is crime against our rights and our humanitarian rights and is crimes against humanity its self. Sign the petition, Stop the law, Put an end to the suffering.

We are stewards of the environments of the world we live in because we have the greatest impact on them. We deforested the green belt that once encircled the earth and provided clean air and water not only for equatorial continents, but indirectly for the entire world. Overuse of some resources have created imbalances in nature that stress entire ecosystems. The smallest changes can threaten their very existences. Only by acknowledging the conditions that damage and threaten the planet can we protect it and the life forms, including people, that depend on it for their survival. Candidates who refuse to acknowledge that our actions threaten life on our planet should not be elected to positions of responsibility.

I personally feel physical education class is targeted toward the more athletically gifted students, aka "gym class heroes." An alternative choice would allow those who are not gifted a chance at getting the exercise they need. I personally would much rather work out my muscles than stand around watching a few students run back and forth on a field. Sometimes I feel very intimidated when 6 foot tall jocks push past me to retrieve the ball; dancing is something I do outside of school so therefore I am much more comfortable dancing than running after a ball I don't know what to do with.

To save the lives of people. Cut your spending in other ways. I know that there is a lot of wasted spending in our goverment. Help the people in Oregon, those of us who pay taxes.

To educate individuals about the seriousness of leaving children unattended in cars for multiple hours at a time and the dangers you are putting them in. How their advocacy will prevent injuries and fatalities.

I live on Crouse Mill Road and would be affected in many ways if this land designation change occurs, therefore I am starting this petition to help prove to the commissioners this is not something our town & community is in agreement with. We need to voice our concerns now as the public hearing is Nov 5th 6pm at Carroll Comm College.

Domestic violence is an issue that needs to be addressed and handled appropriately no matter your status or profession. The dismissal of Honolulu Sgt. Cachola's domestic violence case is yet another example of how police are not being held to the same standard as the general public. It's time to shed a light on this dark crime and strip Sgt. Cachola of his badge before his crimes affect another civilian.

The East Rockville Neighborhood Plan was approved by the Mayor and City Council 10 years ago. For 10 years the recommendation to create a transition zone in the Southlawn/Redgate industrial area has been ignored. Had the city followed the plan immediately, the issue of the ezStorage facility would likely be nonexistent and our neighborhood identity as a "quiet, secure, residential neighborhood" would be preserved. Instead we have been engaged in a long fight with the City and the developer to protect our neighborhood. It's time to follow the plan now.

The City of Newburgh is passing out tickets for parking over the white lines or if your tire is touching a white line in the parking lot which the Bd of Ed & Newburgh Free Library use. Recently measured, it was found out that not one parking space is within the City of Newburgh's Code for measurements. Therefore, the City is in violation of it's own Code. How can they legally give you a ticket if the parking space is illegal. Stop writing tickets & return the moneyto those who have already paid for a ticket, which by the way, is $15.
