Industrial hemp is NOT pot. In modern times hemp is used for industrial purposes including paper, textiles, clothing, biodegradable plastics, construction (as with Hempcrete and insulation), body products, health food and bio-fuel. As a world leader we need to reduce our dependance on other countries and start using Hemp as a renewable green resource, build business & employ Americans in the farming, manufacture and retail industries with it's products. The world-leading producer of hemp is China, with smaller production in Europe, Chile and North Korea. Over thirty countries produce industrial hemp, and the US uses the products produced by industrial hemp.

Public funding for education in Colorado is at the bottom of the country. This lack of funding has caused significant cuts to be made in our education system leading to larger class sizes, diminished teacher pay and a lack of resources. I am a 29 year old elementary school teacher who just made the choice to leave teaching due to constant district cuts, minimal pay and lack of job security. This lack of funding is forcing quality young teachers out of the classroom and into other professions or keeping potential teachers from going into the profession.

It takes over 15 years for the male genitals to finish developing and the medical industry is taking advantage of tiny infants that are defenseless against the sharp knives for money in the medical industry's pockets. Mother nature has it right. Human Dignity has to prevail and baby boys deserve to be able to grow to adulthood normally. They deserve the Right to Privacy and should have the Freedom of Choice. Stop taking their Rights from them.

Then these lobbyist laws are handed to our legislators to sponsor in the halls of Congress as their own legislation. We are losing control of our lawmakers who are openly selling out to the special interests.

General Franklin's behavior is so outrageous that it boggles the mind. However, this kind of action will happen over and over unless we make people like him accountable. Enough is enough, I want this type of person out of uniform. He is not fit to wear it.
