Petition to Decriminalize MaijuanaSince the mid-1930's possession or growth of marijuana has been a federal crime. It was born out of racism since, at the time, it's use was mainly among blacks. Over the years, various methods have been used by the federal government to enforce this "crime." With the advent on the "War on Drugs," it has truly become a war. People including women and children are being murdered daily and dumped in the streets of the Mexican border towns. Billions of taxpayer dollars have been used to enforce the drug wars with no tangible success. And despite the fact that at least ten states have legalized marijuana for various uses, the federal government continues to prosecute those caught with even small amounts of the substance. This has made the U.S. the nation with the highest number of prisoners incarcerated of any country in the world for drug offences.5 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Neil Jacobson

Make weapon magazines limits part of Democratic platformThe Aurora killer had a 100 round magazine. The Tucson killer had a 30 round magazine. These large capacities turn weapons for self-defense into offensive weapons enabling murderers to be more deadly. The magnitude of these attacks on society are adversely affecting the sense of well-being of Americans in public places.2 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Donald W. Daw

The police report was done based on the testimony of the truck driver, and eventhough that the Lawyers that I have asked for help have seen that the Police Report is not not consistenly and the pictures taken from the accident doen not much the graphic in that report, they do not want to hire an expert to do the reconstruction, neither to inspect the trucks and the data recorded from the black boxes. Most of US can't afford to lose in the Market and want to make some savings for our futures by savings accounts and buying CDs. This is the way we were taught to be responsible with our money. SAVE MY HOME FROM FORECLOSURE!!I am in imineint danger of losing my home to foreclosure because the President's initiatve on foreclosure prevention does not reach far enough to assist people like me. It stops a year short w/ your hardship having to occur after January 1, 2008 Instead of 2007. Also, the Big banks like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citigroup and CHASE have consitently denied assistance through modifications etc. to me and others who do not qualify for the mortgage protection program.5 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Ruth Rose
