We are educated and licensed professionals; so many of us working within the small business community. Not only are we suffering from the financial aspects of this shut-down but we are dealing with the reality that we are unable to provide the services that our loyal clientele rely upon.

This is imperative at this time because the majority of small businesses and 1099 workers are not receiving ANY government assistance. We need to get our Licensed people back to work in a safe and regulated way!

Many of my clients come to me for services as a form of therapy and escape form their current situation. It is there place to seek peace and a place to feel better about themselves. If it is a set of nails with a design vision in mind, nail shape, jokes or an inspiring atmosphere with a sincere conversation, I will do whatever it takes to leave my client feeling good about themselves and also give them some heartfelt advise to over come there current situation.

Alot of small businesses and nail salons are not going to be able to open their doors again and be financially made to close their doors permanently. These nail salons are family owned and the only income coming in for their families.

Tennis provides individuals hours of good activity for mental and physical health. After being restricted from tennis for 4+ weeks, we have had enough time to flatten the curve, which is the purpose of Shelter-in-Place. Please reopen all tennis courts and clubs.

OUR YOUNG ADULTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE THESE "ONCE IN A LIFETIME" MOMENTS. EVERY GRADUATE DESERVES TO DANCE AT THEIR FINAL PROM AND WALK ACROSS THE STAGE! LET'S SUPPORT OUR SENIORS! A DREAM DELAYED IS NOT A DREAM CANCELLED!

There are a lot of family owned restaurants that need start getting back on their feet before they close permanently. Some of the workers need to make money to survive. That $1200 stimulus doesn’t carry a family for more than a few weeks. Some people rely on waitressing or Bartending for cash and cannot collect unemployment. At this point people will be out of business and homeless or too far on debt to ever survive.

The survival of the independent beauty professionals is at risk. We are facing a grave financial hardship. Many will not be able to reopen if they are not able to earn income soon. Many are self employed have not received unemployment or stimulus checks.

This is important to be able to survive as a business owner and to take care of our families. There is little to no assistance for us small business owners, especially in this field... not to mention that the level of cleanliness that all shops have to follow should make everyone feel even safer then other places of business. We use medical grade disinfectants and cleaners that the normal public doesn't have access to or in some cases knowledge of.... We as people, mothers, fathers, Americans need to get back to work and by doing this (soft) open, I believe that we can make this work for everyone .... Thank you

Haircut services are important to everyone, it is more than just looks but also for personal hygiene. Hair salon and barbershop should be essential business, we could have guidelines and rules to allowing us to work and keep everyone safe, countries in Asia that have better controls of the pandemic still have hair salon open, we got our license and proof that we understand how important safety and cleaning are. Many of the barber or hairstylist are self employed and there are not enough support from the government, therefore they should allow us to work as long as we followed safety guidelines and rules.

By allowing staffed, cleaned, and monitored facilities to open up, we can promote mental and physical health. With good mental and physical health people who are exposed will be more likely to fight off the virus and need less medical attention. Chlorine kills the virus and can be a great form of exercise; the heat of a sauna reduces the life of the virus, not allowing it to take hold, therefore being extremely beneficial for public health. Staff can check for fevers at the door prior to entry, staff can clean and make sure members are wiping BEFORE and AFTER use. Over the past month I have seen and heard of so many people whose mental and physical health have deteriorated so to the point of being sent to a medical facility or a mental health facility. We need our workouts back!
