It's Physical Distancing with Social ConnectionReaching out to neighbors and friends, even if it is virtually, can help our society thrive even in the face of a pandemic. If we choose, instead, to curl in on ourselves and ignore the plight of those around us, we lose part of our humanity. It is important to preserve our compassion. This period in history is difficult, but we can ease some of the pain if we remember that we are not alone and that we have the power to help ourselves and others.17 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Celia Padnos

Access to Abortion is a Protected RightThe medical welfare of a pregnant woman who decides to end her pregnancy is ensured at a greater rate of efficacy during early evacuation of the embryo as opposed to having to wait longer. Prolonging the pregnancy only increases the possibilities of more numerous and more serious medical complications.34 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Marlene Montgomery

Ask Governor Ducey not to reopen Arizona til the corona #s flattenArizona is a retirement state. Many older people live in our state - if our hospitals are overwhelmed because we have -re-opened too early I fear for the vulnerable in our communities. If the hospitals are overwhelmed people with secondary health conditions (heart, asthma, diabetes) risk not being able to get the treatment they need to live.129 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Maxine Krasnow

Opening bars and resturants before JuneFor me and many of these businesses, this is our livelihood. We have absolutely NO money coming in but still have to pay our state and federal taxes along with utilities, insurance, etc. Please reconsider this.74,449 of 75,000 SignaturesCreated by Kris Miner

Essential Workers Should Each Receive $600 Hazardous PayEssential workers are putting their health as well as their families health on the line everyday to provide services to people. Furthermore, essential workers have no choice, but to work because we are not put on furlough or making enough hours to make ends meet. Our health is just as important as every other person's health.56 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Amanda Foust

Gov. Wolf, please don’t reopen the beauty industry until we’re in Phase Green! It is impossible to perform personal grooming services while maintaining CDC social distancing guidelines. We should not have to sacrifice our health and safety for the vanity and financial gain of others. One client in, one client out is not sustainable for most salons or service providers. The PPE that would be required to do our jobs safely is both unobtainable and costly. Not to mention the fact that it should go to healthcare providers first. Blowdryer, ceiling fans, and air conditioning units could cause the aerosolized virus to spread even further throughout a salon. It’s simply not safe for us to work until we’re in Phase Green. Many of us have compromised immune systems or underlying conditions, or have loved ones who do. Please help us keep ourselves and our loved ones safe.606 of 800 SignaturesCreated by Rachael Wilkerson

Soft opening for salons, massage, esthetician’s and nail salonsWe follow strict, already regulated, sanitation orders and risk of 1 client to 1 stylist ratio in salon @ a time can pose little to no risk. We currently are receiving no financial compensation so we are all struggling to survive since vast majority are self employed. As time goes on we risk losing clientele we worked desperately to achieve, personal hygiene gets worse and can carry bacteria from going to places like grocery stores, medical facilities, etc currently running. We can help our economy through keeping our suppliers running & local government taxes coming in and health officials stay cleaned up and adding back to society. Please take this seriously as we are a large population not receiving financial assistance with families to care for. Thank you60 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Ann Pritchett

Amazon warehouse workers are essential workers who need protection too!Amazon needs to provide protection and assurance to its front-line employees during this difficult time. That is why employees should not face retribution when they return to work after the two weeks. Employees continue to show loyalty to the company by going to work when scheduled despite the unsafe environment they experience while in the warehouse. Every day they fulfill orders for all of Amazon’s customers around the globe, allowing Amazon to achieve its mission and vision which is to be “customer-centric” by serving their customers and focusing on what an Amazon customer would want. We believe this safety concern needs to be addressed quickly to help flatten the curve and save lives. Many front-line workers are putting themselves and their families at risk so we can continue purchasing items and protecting ourselves at home. We need to care for our front-line workers: nurses, doctors, police officers, grocery clerks, warehouse workers. Many companies are prioritizing the health and safety of their stakeholders, especially their employees. If so many businesses can provide relief in some ways, why can't Amazon?260 of 300 SignaturesCreated by Ervey Ayvar
