  • Tell 24 Hour Fitness to recycle!
24 Hour Fitness has about 3 million members and more than 400 clubs in 17 states but not a single recycle bin. In-fact most of the trash in the 400+ clubs consists of plastic bottles and paper towels, that's hundreds of metric tons of recyclables going to landfills every year. We have the power to change this. We can help our environment. 24 Hour Fitness plans to have more than 1000 clubs in the next five years. The impact will be tremendous. Sign this petition and show CEOs how important the environment is to you!

  • Restore Our Democracy
Pledge to our representative and two senators that we will not vote to reelected them in November 2012 unless they do what they can to promote a new Constitutional Amendment to restrict freedom of speech to publically aired speech and to promote the integrigy of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau so that those who take out mortgages and loans will not be cheated by not knowing the particulars of the mortgage.

  • Exile Private Equity Dems from MSNBC TV
Get Money Out of United States Politics: Recently, on national television, three prominent Democrats criticized President Obama's anti-Bain Capital ads against the Romney campaign, because they were more concerned about their own cash flows than supporting the President's 2012 re-election efforts.

  • No Funding Left Behind
The wave of charter, online, and private schools formed in the past several years have created a common scenario where these schools are allowed to take tax dollars from the public schools. While these schools have the lawful right to exist, they also have the luxury of taking only the students that do not create a behavioral or educational problem for the staff or other students. When a student is forced to leave these schools, the money should not be allowed to stay, but should then follow the student due to the fact that the (Charter/Online/Private) school usually keeps these children on their rolls until after the count time.

  • Political Jobs Should Have The Same Benefits As Regular Jobs.
I feel ALL politicians should be should be held to the same standards as anyone holding a regular job. If or when you leave a regular job you do NOT get to keep any benefits from that job so why should our government officials get to keep their benefits.
