On April 3, 2012 in Anchorage, Alaska an election was held during which many irregularities occurred. We, therefore, petition for a thorough, independent audit of the Anchorage elections of Tuesday April 3rd, 2012.

Katherine Harris in 2000. Ken Blackwell in 2004. Need I say more? Why on earth is it legal for the chief elections officer in any state to be a partisan, or to be affiliated with any campaign? This is an outrage. What an obvious conflict of interest. Ken Blackwell promised he would deliver Ohio for Bush in 2004, and he did. Ask anyone who waited for 10 hours in the rain to vote in Democratic enclaves how he did it.

J.P. Morgan Chase illegally attempts to foreclose on properties. In order to foreclose and gain equity Chase placed an escrow account on my mortgage by paying the county taxes on my property one day early, before they were due. This created an escrow account which they said my payments were short paid and placed them in escrow instead of applying them to my mortgage payment. They did this for 6 months and then refused to take my payments placing the property for sale on the court house steps. After recording an assistant to the CEO's office admiting Chase could not explain their actions, he assured me Chase would straighten the matter out. They never did apply the correct payments or credit my overpayments toward the principal instead of the late fees that they illegally assessed. That was last year in April. I just received another letter this April advising me my house was in foreclosure AGAIN and was to be sold May 1, 2012.

Animals mainly poultry that are raised to be butchered are crowded into on space and when they die they are walked on and pecked at. Animals that produce the things we use are treated with very little space or freedom. They are treated with cruelty and yet not a single person seams to care or chooses not to speak up. Animals need respect too.

A petition for women to voice what matters most to them as mothers, professionals, sisters daughters and female leaders. Women represent the backbone of our society and yet we continue to be undervalued. This forum would provide a loud and clear voice that America's women matter and have something very important to say.

Our Birmingham School Board has held this city back for decades and fails to support the academic and budgetary reforms of our new Superintendent of Education. He favors academics while some long-term members favor athletics. Our city is too poor for more expenses anywhere but in academics for our children. The former Superintendent was indicted for actions while serving, and the Board does not propely support our new one. A surprise meeting to fire him was held and the old school members are threatened by his expertise and professionalism. End the days of back-slapping on Birmingham's School Board, and allow recalls of its members today. Thank you so much.

I believe it is time that we enacted term limits on Senators and Representatives. The culture in Washington has gotten so strong and so heavily influenced from outside sources that the ordinary citizen no longer has a say and the power structure in our elected offices simply causes our officials to be more concerned with maintaining power and doing the bidding of lobbyists and as such they no longer represent what the people want from their government. We do it to the President and most governors, why not to our Congresspeople.

Many violators of firearm use in housing developments are discharging high powered rifles and machine guns. There is also the issue of poaching which is becoming common place because of lax laws. Streams are being polluted by the lead deposited in them which feed into the local wells. There is also the issue of Breach of Peace, devaluation of property and nuisance attraction by children. When poachers are in your backyard...it is time to take a stand! This would in no way interfere with the right to carry a handgun in a legal fashion or defend your property/life. Also, it would not interfere with firing at legally operated ranges.
