If the Republicans refuse to allow the rich to pay their fair share of taxes, then how are we to get this economy back to thriving standards. Only the rich who hord all the money and then claim not to have any, are the ones who can keep this country's economy thriving. If they refuse, they should be voted out of power and allow the other side to create jobs and put America back to work and create fair share taxes for everyone, not just a select few.

School age children should not have to wait at a bus stop before the sun comes up. Because the bus comes at 6:25 am, my daughter has to get up at 5:30 am to get ready for school and be at the bus stop 5 minutes before the bus comes because it may come early. Sometimes the bus is 5 to 15 minutes late. She is afraid of standing alone on a corner watching strange cars, walkers and joggers pass her by. she feels that she can be snatched at any second. This is frightening. Our children should not have to be subjected to this. Make buses pick up children when the sun comes out which means schools have to start later. This would help parents from worrying about kidnappers.

The Association of Flight Attendants has been negotiating with Piedmont Airlines since August 18, 2009. We, the flight attendants, our affected family and friends are ready to see the hard working flight attendants of Piedmont Airlines get a CONTRACT NOW. We are signing this petition in support of their endeavor to get a contract now with improvements rather than with a no-cost mindset presented by Piedmont at every turn. Piedmont Airlines works because the flight attendants do!

I'm here because I haven't been able to see the dentist in 5 years. I'm getting Medicaid through the state of Delaware and my Medicaid benefits states that children 21 years OR YOUNGER are eligible for dental benefits. Well I'm here fighting for those who NEED too see the dentist like myself. I go to a dentist office and they want $800.00 for 1 filling!!!! EXCUSE ME??!! I don't know about you but I can't push that amount, even with a job. I don't think it's fair, PLUS I think EVERYONE should be eligible to see the dentist. It's called personal hygiene people!!! Gov. Christie cut all state funding for health care as of March 2010 in NJ and only left what was funded by the Federal government, which means now only children are covered by NJ Family Care, no more parents. The only exception to this is people who are disabled or over 65. So many people are out of work in NJ and have no more health insurance from their jobs and cannot afford to buy private health insurance. I was told that the adults currently on NJ Family Care will be denied coverage when the time comes for them to renew.

According to SourceWatch, State Farm Insurance is a major supporter of ALEC, the group that came up with "model legislation" adopted by a number of Republican-led state legislatures such as the Stand Your Ground law in Florida, voter ID laws that disenfranchise poor, elderly and minority voters, and the attacks on unions in Wisconsin, Ohio and Indiana. State Farm is different from most of the other members of ALEC because it is not investor-owned. State Farm is a mutual benefit corporation, a kind of financial cooperative, which means that it is owned by its policy-holders, pooling their money to provide insurance services. The money it gives to ALEC rightfully belongs to its policyholder-owners, and State Farm has no right to use it to fund ALEC's right-wing agenda. Puppy mills operations are unequivocally sources of abuse of animals and should be regarded as such. They create more animals and increase the numbers of those who must be euthanised. Make the sale of these animals illegal.and the mills will close down.
