• Close tax loopholes for businesspeople and corporations
Many major US corporations and businesspeople don't pay their fair share in taxes due to loopholes. This is not only unfair to every other tax payer it leaves much less revenue for essential services.

  • Immediately Arrest The Black panthers involved in putting a hit on George Zimmerman and all who d...
This is terrorism plain and simple. Its a Hate crime because its one race targeting another race. Also bring it down to basics its murder for hire, conspiracy to commit murder, etc. Anyone else in America would have been arrested immediately for this. This is a criminal act and they must be brought to justice. Ever since this has happened the Zimmerman family has had to go into hiding and they have been subject to threats and intimidation. Even zimmermans unrelated to George Zimmerman have had to change their residence in order to protect themselves.

  • Protect We the People, Not Corporate Lobbyists
Laws are supposed to protect our rights and help keep us safe - that’s just common sense. But last year, multiple politicians introduced and passed laws written of, by, and for corporations - specifically by the corporate front group the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). In recent weeks, ALEC has faced renewed scrutiny. This is partially thanks to revelations that they have worked diligently (and secretly) to pass Kill-At-Will laws like Florida’s that let Trayvon Martin’s killer go free, union-busting laws like in Wisconsin, and voter suppression efforts across the country. ALEC is not just another conservative advocacy outfit. An estimated 98 percent of their funding comes from big corporations, not grassroots members. Corporate lobbyists write ALEC “model legislation” and then send these bills off to state capitols around the country - including to Republican politicians in Lansing, several of whom were caught last year paying their ALEC dues with taxpayer funds.

  • The Unstoppable Green Slim for campaigns.
The money driving our politics today is unconscionable. When wall street CEO's where asked why they couldn't stop the home mortgage debacle, they said it was too big too stop. Same thing has happened to campaign financing. The politicians can't stop it. It is up to the middle class to stop it. We're calling on our legislature to allow a citizen's vote during the November elections for term limits in congress.

  • Government Grants/Competitions
During my past 23 years of Residence in Arizona, I have observed many examples of Government Grants and Competitions which appear to be Discriminatory: 1) Grants are based on size of Organization, instead of Quality of Work. 2) Grants are based on Non-Profit 501(c)3 status, which does not always tell you the whole story about the organization. 3) Grants are usually awarded to well-known organizations instead of newcomers. 4) In "Individual Competitions," Judging Criteria are not always listed. 5) Rejection Letters do not include Evaluations. 6) Contestants are required to sign Waivers which give the Contest Directors the Right to Use their Intellectual Property without Credit to the person who created it. 7) Judging is often based on Political or Subjective Opinions of the Judging Committee. "Controversial Topics" are not allowed. 8) Those who Administer Grants or Competitions often have no background in the Area of Interest. 9) Sometimes, a Grant or Competition Award is denied to Minorities, Disabled, Seniors, or those of another Belief System. 10) There is no way to address these issues, because EEOC does not cover Grants and Competitions.

  • Non-Partisan Election Officers
Katherine Harris in 2000. Ken Blackwell in 2004. Need I say more? Why on earth is it legal for the chief elections officer in any state to be a partisan, or to be affiliated with any campaign? This is an outrage. What an obvious conflict of interest. Ken Blackwell promised he would deliver Ohio for Bush in 2004, and he did. Ask anyone who waited for 10 hours in the rain to vote in Democratic enclaves how he did it.

  • Chase Bank's Illegal Foreclosure Attempts
J.P. Morgan Chase illegally attempts to foreclose on properties. In order to foreclose and gain equity Chase placed an escrow account on my mortgage by paying the county taxes on my property one day early, before they were due. This created an escrow account which they said my payments were short paid and placed them in escrow instead of applying them to my mortgage payment. They did this for 6 months and then refused to take my payments placing the property for sale on the court house steps. After recording an assistant to the CEO's office admiting Chase could not explain their actions, he assured me Chase would straighten the matter out. They never did apply the correct payments or credit my overpayments toward the principal instead of the late fees that they illegally assessed. That was last year in April. I just received another letter this April advising me my house was in foreclosure AGAIN and was to be sold May 1, 2012.

  • Animals have rights to!
Animals mainly poultry that are raised to be butchered are crowded into on space and when they die they are walked on and pecked at. Animals that produce the things we use are treated with very little space or freedom. They are treated with cruelty and yet not a single person seams to care or chooses not to speak up. Animals need respect too.
