I am seeing more and more homes being taken from hardworking people because of debts owed a homeowners assosiation. I have seen and heard the abuse of power that these people hold and it seems to me and many others to be just another way to steal what others have spent their lives sacrificing to build. The debts to a HOA should be just like a cedit card debt and as such a persons home should be safe from collection ptactices.

This petition is about the sensible use of resources with an eye to ecological preservation. People should sign it as a decisive step toward reclaiming the natural environment from corporate contmainants and preserving it against them. Banning plastic bags would be a great step in reducing unrecyclable trash, biodegradable sacks can be made from potatoes, corn and many of the GMO products we no longer want to consume ourselves. It would take much less petrolium to produce and ship biodegradable bags than plastic bags, which are mostly made from petrolium. This has worked in San Frascisco, now Austin, TX has banned plastic bags, it is our turn. Let lobbyists sell their programs without any gifts/money for our lawmakers. Allowing lobbyists to legally do this has corrupted our Republic/Government. The way it works now is that money/gifts win over what their constituents needs are.

The single largest government spending project proposed in Florida is the statewide network of passenger rail projects established by our legislature under The Florida Rail Enterprise Act of 2009. Nationwide, banks are foreclosing homes. Many people are left without homes and are in financial ruin. This petition requests an investigation of the Banks, who purchased "Credit Swaps" against defaulted loans, and an investigation of when and how the credit swaps activated. Furthermore, it requests an investigation as to whether the banks are wrongfully foreclosing on properties, for which they may have been already paid through the "credit swaps."
