The US large military presence in the Middle East, threats of invasion and sanctions against Iran over the claim that Iran is building “nuclear weapons.” is exacerbating an already tense and volatile situation. These add to the fires burning in the Middle East, a real threat of another Middle East war with wide spread repercussions. Peace loving people must speak out. We are calling for support of the Conference to be convened by the Secretary-General of the United Nations together with Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States, in Helsinki, Finland in December, 2012, to be attended by all states in the region of the Middle East, to consider the establishment of a Middle East zone free of nuclear weapons and all other weapons of mass destruction. The establishment of such a zone would be based on legally-binding agreements freely concluded by all States of the region and with the full support and engagement of the nuclear-weapon States. The objective is to ensure that ALL the countries in the region agree to rid the region of nuclear weapons and all other weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems. 7/20 - Today marks 68 days of Captain Paul Watson’s detainment in Germany on an outrageous, alleged charge of “a violation of ship traffic". Captain Watson has dedicated his life to saving whales and all living things in the oceans. This is another attempt to stop him from harassing those that hunt in the oceans. It is time to use the power of the USA to free him.

In order for them to be able to live and eat better, we have some to send them decent shoes, clothing to wear, also simple medications.
