The rebuttal memo by the Democratic Party members of the House Intelligence Committee should be released : either by President Trump, House Speaker Ryan; or Special Prosecutor Mueller should order its release if neither the Legislative nor the Executive branch are forthcoming.

Fake biased news has divided the country and is destroying our institutions by misleading and deliberately deceiving the public to further a political agenda. Let the truth be known. Knowledge is power!

Why is it even a question that cannabis should be legalized for recreational as well as medical use for adults? New Jersey has the highest property taxes in America! With the millions or billions of tax dollars the sale of legal cannabis would provide, it would help us immensely!! In addition, if all cannabis is legalized and regulated, it will be much safer because we will know where it came from, and what is in it !! I am also advocating strict penalties for allowing minors to gain access to it. This is what they are already doing in Colorado and the other states. Additionally, and most importantly, none of the states that have fully legalized cannabis are back peddling. With nine states participating already, that speaks volumes. Let's bring New Jersey out of the Dark Ages and into the 21st Century!

Donald Trump has repeatedly shown that he is motivated to compromise that investigation and is setting the stage through Devin Nunes' memo to make a case to the American people that the investigation should be ended. Congress needs to pass legislation to preserve the integrity of our governing system and reinforce that nobody is above the law.

President Trump has decided that his personal interests supercede the right of the American people to know whether he or his business interests have conducted any illegal business with entities or individuals connected to governments or illegal cartels hostile to the interests of the United States. The Presidential Candidate Tax Transparency Act requires certain candidates for President or Vice President of the United States to file copies of certain federal income tax returns and written consent for the disclosure of those federal income tax returns with the State Board of Elections no later than 65 days before a presidential general election; requiring the State Board to make federal income tax returns filed by candidates for President or Vice President of the United States publicly available on the State Board's website; etc.

Besmirching the reputation of the FBI hurts the effectiveness of the agency when the public no longer has confidence in it.

The Report by Chairman Nunes of the House Intelligence Committee has been responded to by the Minority. This memo makes allegations that are both incomplete and inaccurate and need to be properly responded to by Speaker Ryan allowing the release of the Minority Response to this memo.

Moments ago, and with Donald Trump’s approval, the so-called “Nunes memo” -- a cherry-picked and misleading document commissioned by House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes -- was released publicly. We read it so you don’t have to -- and this memo is obviously a partisan hack job, meant to derail Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Donald Trump’s campaign. It echoes far-right claims that the Russia probe is a vast Deep State conspiracy to take down Trump -- but as is now abundantly clear, this memo an obvious effort to thwart the real and necessary work to discover the truth behind Russia’s attack on our democracy, how to prevent it from happening again, and who to hold accountable. Devin Nunes has aided and abetted President Trump’s effort to sow misinformation and distrust in the Russia investigations. Now he is leading the Intelligence Committee’s gross politicization of a grave rule-of-law matter for partisan gain. His continued chairmanship is a damning indictment of Speaker Ryan and an affront to our values. Add your name to demand his removal today.

Trump and members of the Republican House and Senate have been looking for a way to shut down the Mueller Investigation. Rep. David Nunes tried to help Trump early last year when he took information that should have gone through the House Intelligence Committee directly to Trump instead. He was asked to recuse himself from the investigation, but claims it wasn't official. Nunes found a new path to help Trump by responding to his request to investigate the FBI. Nunes started his investigation a month ago, and using classified information from the FBI, he and his staff wrote a four page memo accusing the FBI of illegally obtaining information that lead to the arrest of former Trump campaign advisor, Carter Page. This would undermine the investigation and give Trump the pass he's been looking for and a reason to fire Mueller. The Democrats are angry that the memo, in their view, cherry picks facts to paint the FBI in an unfairly negative light. They say Republicans are essentially using the document to discredit the probe into the Trump campaign and ignoring information that is unhelpful to them. The Democrats wrote a rebuttal memo, but the Republicans refuse to release it. Although both memos have been placed online for the public to read, it's still not enough. We need the SECOND memo to be included in the official record. We need the Democrats to choose the path of Resistance by taking to the floor to read the memo outloud thus entering it into record. This would show the Republicans they will not sit by and let them run over the rule of law. NOW IS THE TIME TO RELEASE THE SECOND MEMO. The speech or debate clause of the Constitution (Article I, Section 6, Clause 1) provides that “for any Speech or Debate in either House, [members of Congress] shall not be questioned in any other Place.” An unbroken two-centuries-old tradition has rightfully interpreted this provision as forbidding prosecution or lawsuits against a legislator for speeches made on the floor or in committee. This gives anyone who reads classified information into record no matter the content immunity from prosecution. If the second memo releases classified or damaging information on any one in the Trump campaign, including Trump and members of his family, and it's the most guaranteed way to keep the investigation unencumbered, then so be it. Rep. Schiff, Rep. Pelosi, and Senator Schumer, we need you to be strong and bold right now. We are concerned as you are that this kind of reckless exposure could create a dangerous and harmful precedent for the future. We need to believe and trust in the FBI and DOJ to lawfully conduct investigations and do what's best for our country. Don't let ignorance and arrogance be the downfall of our checks and balances, our DEMOCRACY. TAKE TO THE FLOOR AND RELEASE THE SECOND MEMO!!

This website is virtually unknown. We need the Secretary of State to help get the word out about it. People can register on line, choose the Vote By Mail option, and they are done! Democracy depends on voting!

While I have not personally been affected by this issue, many of my closest friends are part of the LGBTQ community. I believe they deserve equal rights under the law, and should not be discriminated against simply because of their sexual orientation. Arizona should catch up to the 21st century and pass common-sense human right legislation so nobody in the LGBTQ community can be discriminated against for one identifying factor.
