A parade of U. S. military equipment and personnel down Pennsylvania Avenue is meant as yet another taunt in Trump's goading of North Korea. Such acts endanger our country and bring us only closer to war. And the millions of dollars for a parade -- and for reconstructing the streets destroyed by its heavy equipment -- would come at taxpayers' expense.

Sensible Americans realize this man and his followers cannot see past trumps "stardom"; but we can't sit back and do nothing. Sensible voices need to be heard....and staying quiet in the face of insanity is never the answer!

The parents and others should know about the ridesharing policies that are not being enforced in states and cities. Our children are in jeopardy when it comes to ridesharing. When downloading these ride-sharing apps, accepting the terms without fully understanding the limitations and conditions of using the services. One major problem is the two major ride-sharing companies prohibit riders under 18 years of age to use these services without being accompanied by an adult. However, all parties involved from the drivers to riders and communities are experiencing their minors become victimized and unsuspecting prey to non-regulated, exempt background checks, and undercover predators disguised as drivers who are trusted with our most vulnerable population to various locations. Although, it is our responsibility to understand the conditions we must educate the public about what they have agreed to and what we have left open for without any safeguards in place to protect our children. Let’s bring back background checks including Level 2 clearance and fingerprinting as vulnerable populations require proactive safeguards versus reactive. If this service is going to be used we have to come up with a solution on how to really get their children to there destination with a peace of mind. It is time to take this request to Congress since the individual states have taken away the each Cities rights. When it comes to Ridesharing there is no Bill or Laws in the state legislator statue and it is time for us to have it enforced. "It is time to protect the children."

For over a year we have seen Donald Trump try to systematically DESTROY the Democratic foundation America is built on while slowly trying to turn this country into an Emperor Trump, dictatorial ruled country! Donald Trump DOES NOT need his childish ego fed by allowing him to have his MILITARY PARADE like Kim Jung Un in North Korean! I find it amazing that our Government is saying there's isn't money in the budget to fund health care, provide well-needed help to PR, or to possibly keep our gov't running, but you want to WASTE HARD EARNED taxpayers' money for a USELESS parade for the whim of one man!? Can you imagine the damage this will cause to an already crumbling infrastructure, and what it will take to fix it? I am TIRED of Trump being allowed to do WHATEVER he wants regardless of the irreparable damage his action is doing to this country. This is AMERICA, not a dictatorial ruled world!!! SAY NO TO Trump's military parade!!!

The nation is being hurt by divisive language and flippant attitudes. Disagreeing with the President is not treason. If the Republican party can support language like Joe Wilson's "you lie!", then they should support the dissent among the Democrats as well.

The electoral college has become an impediment to our democracy. We should be electing our president through a simple majority vote.

America was built on dissent. America was built on debate. America was built on freedom of speech. To suggest that it is treason to show a lack of support for the president or what he says is an attack on our way of life and breaks down the possibility for civil discourse and disagreement over policies. We must demand a higher moral standard from those who represent us. We must expect those who lead us to aspire to a greater and more just nation. Allowing Trump to make these baseless and dangerous accusations puts all of us at greater risk. As President Roosevelt said, "To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." We deserve a president who will build upon the greatness of those who have come before us to lift us up higher, not a president who will tear down anyone and anything in service of his own glory.

How Dare a Judge, who is supposed to be impartial, take large sums of money to decide an extremely important issue like fair elections. Yet there does NOT seem to be any real response from so-called civil minded, follow the law Republicans, who are supposed to believe in doing the right thing for this country. Yet as with our president, they seem to follow Putin's game plan: Undermine the voting right of ALL Americans and a fair election. Just like the Republicans in Alabama, North Carolina, and the Big Ripoff in Texas, these Judges and the cronies in our government are UNAMERICAN and are playing into PUTIN'S Hands.

Our state Senate president wants to keep Pennsylvania’s gerrymandered district lines exactly as they are – even if it means breaking the law. Pennsylvania’s political districts are so wildly gerrymandered that the state Supreme Court ordered the legislature to throw out the congressional maps and draw new ones before the next election. But Senate President Joe Scarnati has refused. He’s appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court. And now he’s defying a Pennsylvania Supreme Court order asking for data on the state’s current district boundaries so that the court can prepare to redraw district lines if the legislature won’t do it. Senate leaders have rigged the system for long enough. Tell Senator Scarnati that even though he’s the Senate President, he still must follow the law like everyone else. Urge him to stop defending gerrymandered districts.

There is overwhelming evidence indicating that: 1) Russia aggressively interfered in our elections 2)There were numerous previously denied contacts between Trump staff and Russian agents 3) There are numerous financial links between Trump and Russia 4)The Trump admin. has opposed and illegally refused to impose Congress's Russian sanctions. 5)There has been active interference in the investigation with firing of FBI and DOJ officials and pressure to stop the inquiry. Pres. Trump must allow a thorough investigation or resign!
