Pass CA Disclose Act to keep secret, corporate money out of CA electionsIn the 2012 election more secret money poured into California election ads from out of state than you can imagine. Corporate money tried to influence our elections and silence the people of California! SB 52 has already passed the assembly but not in time to get to the State Senate. It will make it the law to identify the funders of ads for or against election issues, thus, helping the voters become more informed before they cast their ballots on candidates or ballot measures. Make your voice heard and support SB 52 the CA Disclose Act.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Carol Covelli-Roberts

Stop Governor McCrory from passing restrictive voting lawsGOP Governor Pat McCrory is planning to sign into law a tough voter ID law amoug the first pieces of state legistation. In conjunction with these new voting restrictions, Republicans all across the South used their control of state legislatures following 2010 to pass redistricting maps that will lead to new voting restrictions placing as many Democratic lawmakers into as few “majority minority” districts as possible as a way to maximize the number of Republican seats.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Richard Mcneil

Governor Snyder: Return Michigan to the peoplePolicies in Michigan have been enacted that directly conflict with the will of citizens. Women's rights have been swept aside, collective bargaining swept aside, local governments swept aside. The rights of citizens and the voices of citizens must be held in high regard again. Equal rights need to be exrended to all citizen regardless of their economic, social or gender specifics. Michigan is our state and it belongs to all of ALL of us.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Zelda Ziemer

No rigging the Electoral CollegeGovernor Kasich has proposed and then withdrawn legislation to rig the Electoral College to favor less populated districts. This is simply a blatant attempt to rig elections. The end game is to make the White House go into Republican hands even if they lose the popular vote. In the GOP scenario President Obama would have lost the 2012 election even though he won the popular vote in Ohio and nationally by a large margin. This is criminal and we cannot allow our voting priviledges to be discounted. We must stop this before it is introduced again, as we know it will be, in the hopes of catching us off guard. We are focused on stopping all GOP over reach to minimize our VOTING priviledges!220 of 300 SignaturesCreated by Barbara Baumgartner

Balance the BudgetThe US Senate has not passed a budget in over 3 years. That has locked in trillion dollar annual deficits. It's clearly unsustainable, and our children will have to pay this money back with interest. We used to want our children to have a better life. Now we're leaving them a legacy of massive crushing debt. We're not telling the Senate what budget to pass. But we are requesting that the Senate pass a balanced budget each year.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Jim

Preserve How Electoral College Votes are DistributedThe legislature of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is considering multiple bills that would alter how Electoral College votes are distributed to Presidential Candidates. The people of the Commonwealth deserve to have their vote preserved by the current way votes are distributed.6 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Nicole Burton

End Government Corruption within the EEOCI am one of a number of former Federal Investigators and Federal Judges that have made whistle blower allegations or alleged Prohibited Personnel violations against the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's management and executive management. The long list of allegations includes targeting companies, accepting bribes, harassment, retaliation, destroying federal records in an attempt to obstruct justice, Prohibited Personnel Violations, the passing over qualified veterans for hiring in violation of federal law, collusion with the union to obstruct and cover-up whistle blower allegations. For those who might think that this is a joke or not a mattter which concerns them, I am attaching links to recent cases which illustrate the fabrication of evidence and target which the Commission has committed against private employers, complaints or some of its employees and payments of tax dollars which are being made for these wrongful lawsuits. I have also attached a copy of my last contact with the EEOC's office of Inspector General --in it he refuses to conduct an investigation of criminal conduct on the part of Executive Level Employees after two years of complaints in their regard. http://blog.personnelconcepts.com/2012/08/eeoc-loses-frivolous-lawsuit-pay-140k-attorneys-fees/ http://blog.personnelconcepts.com/2012/06/firm-turns-tables-eeoc-wins-750k-judgment-wrongful-lawsuit/ http://wiley-law.com/?p=526 http://cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/opinions/2012/07/30/10-55866.pdf http://ricohenry7.wordpress.com/2011/04/10/eeoc-chair-jacqueline-berrien-letter-from-naacp-on-her-performance/ http://ricohenry7.wordpress.com/2011/03/29/us-attorney-seals-lawsuit-to-protect-fraud-at-eeoc/ Commissioners, How is this at all fair...the Inspector General of the EEOC maintains that if there were criminal violations within the agency by its highest ranking officials and even if it is found that an employee was wrongly dismissed in retaliation for being a whitsle blower...he refuses to pursue the matter...he complains that to pursue or investigate the matter would have to be weighed against "the office's investment of resources". The whitlsle blower has hounded the agency for two years to investigate the matter and was put off until several people who were involved were allowed to retire and now is being told that it might be difficult to investigate since many of those involved have retired. I have provided his office with transcripts of the officials acknowledging the the criminal behavior under sworn oath. How much investment would it take to read the documents and questions the officials involved. ----- Forwarded Message ---- From: INSPECTOR GENERAL To: XXXXXXXX Sent: Fri, February 1, 2013 8:21:22 AM Subject: Re: FOIA & Inspector General's Request - Dr. Brian K. Mitchell Mr. Mitchell, I have completed a review of your complaint. I completely understand your complaint and can empathize with your situation. However, you are wrong to assume there is an investigation of your complaint. That decision has not been made! The issue does fall under the authority of the EEOC Office of Inspector General. Before we conduct any investigation we must weigh our investment of resources against the most likely outcome of any investigation. Other issues to consider is the time lapse in your complaint and the fact that some of those people named in your complaint no longer work for the Agency. Your allegation that the agency has destroyed federal records, as it relates to your application for a position with the Agency and the certification list associated with that application, is clearly stated in your complaint. At this time, I see no point in conducting an interview with you. You must also understand, that no matter if we conduct an investigation or not, nothing can be done to resolve your dissatisfaction with the Agency or to restore you to a position within the Agency. I assure you all consideration is being given to your complaint. Thank you for contacting the Office of Inspector General.202 of 300 SignaturesCreated by Brian Mitchell

Make every congressman responsible for his or her decisions.Remember the movie with Jimmy Stewart where he filibustered for days trying to get the vote. Well Senators don't do that any more. They don't even have to be present to stop a bill. We the People need to know who is against what and Why...... It is time we require congress to explain who is holding up a bill and WHY... How can be be informed if the system is completely secret. Please join me in helping congress explain thier position. This is very under cover operation. Its time we open the door to see who is doing what and why.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Bev Landgren

STOP KILLING OUR CHILDRENI think it is time the American need to stand up and be counted. We are supposed to be a free society and yet we are afraid of everyone, our neighbor, teachers, and people walking down the street. We are afraid to go hiking, shopping, movies. We can be shot anywhere. We have no chose and yet the NRA says we have the right to bear arms. Claiming that the Constitution allows anyone be armed. This doesn’t happen in the rest of the world unless they are at war. Are we at war? Do we all need salute weapon in our home to protect ourselves? Are the Indians going to attack any time soon? It sounds pretty uncivilized when you put it into prospective. This is not 1776 we are not the people of that time. But even if we were they didn’t use weapons of mass destruction to protect their family. Since when is it against our rights when we have required the following for years. Birth Certificate anyone can find on line. Social Security Card. Driver’s license we have to prove who we are and if we can read and write. Insurance requires a driving record. Marriage license usually require blood test to see if we have some deceases. Passport request a back ground check. Most jobs do back ground checks. If you want to rent a house or get any credit, you need a credit report listing everything about you. If we really follow the law we would have to do away with all this. I cannot believe anyone would want to allow criminals or unstable people to walk around with military weaponries on the streets. This is a no brainer. We need to feel safe and be safe in our own community. Just look at the number killing we could stop in the gang wars if all guns were registered and a finger print was taken of every people owns a gun. We require figure prints for many jobs and no one calls that infringing on our rights. Doesn’t public and especial the children have any right to live. Why doesn’t England have this problem or France or Italy etc? Why not enforce the laws you have on the books now? Why are laws signed with expiration day? Why isn’t the law enforced in every state? Who is getting a kick back to allow unregistered guns on the street? I know money has to have something to do with not passing a law. My husband worded for the federal government 20 years ago designing one of the first data bases to track crime in the streets I know the systems are out there. This is just as important as “Home Land Security” it is “Home Land Security”. What are you going to do about it? If the law you create goes to the Supreme Court that is fine then it will be proven and satisfied that we are not infringing on gun owners’ rights any more than the right of living in a free society.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Bev Landgren

Gun Control, not guns-for-all.I have ten grandchildren that I want to grow up without fear of gun-toting maniacs storming their schools. As someone who has personally been threatened by someone I knew, I am against gun violence and want tougher laws on gun control, including background checks and limiting assault rifles. The second amendment should not supercede all the others. Teachers have enough responsiblity; they don't need to add stress with the addition of MORE guns in schools.4 of 100 SignaturesCreated by raquel dejean
