• Elect the President of the U.S. by Popular Vote
    Nearly all of our representatives in local, state and the United States government are elected by direct popular vote except for the President (and Vice President) of the United States. Although voters in every state cast a vote for the U.S. President they are actually, in effect, voting for a slate of electors who in turn vote in the Electoral College for the person who will be President. There have been times in the past when a person who won the popular vote did not become President. We need to end the Electoral College and choose our President by direct popular vote.

Banks like City Financial/Dell Finance have passed laws to limit the exemptions on garnishments, to just US and State Taxes and award 1/3 of ones after tax income. City Financial has forced over the past years over 10,000 home owners into foreclosure. Get this City Financial lost 3 Class Action Law Suits do to fraudulant practics. Stop State Rights Laws that force folks into foreclosur!
