regulate the oil industryWhy can't the oil industry be regulated like other public (necessary) utilities, to be limited the percentage of profit they can charge their customers. Is it because they've invested billions of dollars to political campaigns on both sides?2 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Todd Wright

Surpreme Court JusticesTerm LimitsAfter many of the bias Surpreme Court decisions such as Citizens United ( The Tea Party), There is a need to limit the term of these people. No ordinary person has a job for life Or has a job without a performance review. A job for life is unaccepable. For that matter our Congress and Senate should have limits.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Dr. Joann Emerson

End Monetary Lobbying in GovernmentLobbying is bribing. It is not votes. We elect officials to represent us, not to be swayed by special interests. Separation of monetary lobbying and state. Think it's too bold and too big of a mountain to climb? Well, it's easy enough to sign the petition, lets see how many people think that standard govenment salaries should be the only money that govenment officails should accept aside from their own work.12 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Patrick

Repeal Citizens United.I do not even have provide reasons why Citizens United is the ultimate of WRONG; it is glaringly obvious why this needs to be repealed. It should never have been approved by the Supreme Court. It just goes to show how corruption has wormed its way through our entire system. REPEAL CITIZENS UNITED7 of 100 SignaturesCreated by M. Length of Time Elected Officials ServeElected officials need to serve for a six (6) year period with no re-election. This would effect all Federal and State officials and after they have served, they would go back into the private sector with NO retirement and/or health benefits. They would serve for the public good. We need to have sensible people who care more about our country and less about making a carreer in politics.2 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Rosanne Paris

End Gridlock of Veterans Benefit DecisionsThe Average wait for increase of Benefits is 4 years, sometimes 5. If the illness or injury occurs while in Active Duty the U.S Government has no right to force the Veteran to fight in court for the obvious. This wastes tax payers money and places a burden on the Honorably Discharged Service Member who suffers economically to carry the burden of Co-Payment fees in which She or He needs for survival. The current state of the system is a waiting game to see whether the Servicemember will pass away before recieveing the increase which will be used to shoulder the burden of pharmicudical costs along with Doctors and Dentists. I never would believe in my wildest dreams imagine that I would be begging the Government for my fair due while I laid in the Medical Sickbay suffering from an illiness which almost took my life in 2002.2 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Marcell Holmes
