We the family, loved ones ,friends would like to know where we stand and why this is taking so long , we where told to file a civil suit and now it seems like the criminal case has been put on the back burner. We need some kind of information that makes since to us because this does not . We have lost a father, a son, a brother, and loved ones and friends that can never be replaced as many of us are grieving and await the answers. We LOVE AND MISS THEM WITH ALL OF OUR HEARTS OUR LIVES WILL NEVER BE THE SAME. • Fighting for the freedom of Edrinna Bryant, a loving mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter,cous...
On Aug 29th Edrinna Bryant was found guilty of Second degree Murder, but in the event of self-defense with her late boyfriend Lavell Hardy. Edrinna is a very compassionate person at hand, she has a 7 year old son that means more than the world to her. She loves her son unconditionally and does everything in her power to make a way for him, even to the extent of working two jobs. We all watched Edrinna grow up to become a considerate, amicable, calm, relaxed, affectionate, sincere, versatile, sympathetic, sensible, reserved, smart, loving, thoughtful, sociable, understanding, and warmhearted woman. We don't want to see her lose time within her life away from her growing son, at which she's all he has. Her son has already lost one parent and it hurts us tremendously, yet it has the possibly of destroying and traumatizing him. We all know with no doubt that she's excessively hurt and sorry for the unintended consequences that occurred while protecting herself.

Victims of sexual abuse should have unlimited time to disclose their crime. Murder has no SOLs, neither should sexual abuse of a child.

  • Kent Davidson plea offering of Guilty to Manslaughter One.
Kent Davidson murdered my daughter, Crystal Schulz on March 11, 2013. Kent Davidson lured Crystal out to a shed. Kent Davidson shot Crystal in the back of the head twice with a shot gun. Kent Davidson fled the scene in Crystal's car. Kent Davidson drove to Sioux Falls, SD where he met up with a "love interest" and partied. Kent Davidson was arrested on a parole violation on March 15, 2013. Kent Davidson walked away from a half-way house in Rapid City, South Dakota in October 2012. The authorities were not looking for him at that time until he murdered Crystal on March 11, 2013. Kent Davidson has five felony convictions and twenty-two misdemeanors convictions. Kent Davidson is a habitual offender. Kent Davidson upgraded from "non-violent" crimes to a violent crime, murder in the first degree, premeditated murder. Kent Davidson needs to be in prison for the rest of his life, better yet he needs to be put to death. The prosecuting deputy attorney suggested saving the taxpayers money by accepting this plea offering. Murder is murder and that is what Kent Davidson did. • The Cops Laughed As They Watched Him Die
Eighteen-year-old Israel Hernandez-Llach was an award-winning artist in Miami, Florida – a painter, sculptor, photographer and graffiti artist. He was armed with nothing more than a can of spray paint, threatening nothing but the wall of an abandoned McDonalds, when the cops chased him down, tased him, and allegedly laughed and high-fived as he lay motionless and dying on the ground. Israel's family is awaiting his autopsy results to conclusively determine the cause of his death, but what we already know is that Tasers are dangerous and can kill, especially when misused by police. And this is not an isolated incident. The Miami Beach Police Department has an appalling record of using excessive force, including firing over 100 bullets at the car of a drunk driver and falsely arresting a witness who called 911 to report police beating a handcuffed gay man. On top of that, Florida has the 2nd largest number of deaths by Taser in the country. The events of Israel’s tragic death have devastated his family and sparked national outrage over this use of potentially lethal force to deal with a youthful indiscretion. The Miami Beach Police are currently under investigation, but without better guidelines and training for use of Tasers, we can’t guarantee that there won’t be more needless tragedies. That’s why we need to act now, while Israel’s story is in the spotlight, and call for change. Sign the petition urging the Mayor of Miami Beach to order a change in the police department’s Taser policy – to help prevent more needless tragedies.

  • Prioritize the Justice Department's Review of the Murder of Ramarley Graham
The parents of Ramarley Graham, with the support of the citizens of the City of New York, hereby implore the United States Attorney’s Office and the Department of Justice to prosecute Richard Haste and others for the grievous civil rights violations which resulted in the tragic and senseless death of Ramarley Graham. Last week, it was reported that Federal prosecutors will review evidence for possible civil rights violations in the death of Ramarley Graham, who was 18 years old and unarmed when he was fatally shot by police officer Richard Haste. On August 7, the charges were dropped against Haste. This letter is to ask that priority be placed on the Justice Department's review so that charges may be filed and justice served by Richard Haste going to prison for what he has done. For Ramarley Graham, we will not go away and our voices will not diminish nor be muted. We need your help.

  • Mr. Bryan Tyman needs to be a registered sex offender for life and serve prison time for his pred...
My daughter along with 3 other victims have been the target of a "sexual crime" & "sexting" case with one of their previous teachers. The teacher is married to an attorney and this we believe has made this man able to "cut through" the system in a manner that is un ethical. He may serve no prison time for having sex with a 15 year old as well as praying on the lives of the other girls.

  • We can stop private prisons
Private prison companies make billions from torture and confinement. We can stop this by holding prison companies' investors, board members, and public officials accountable. Please join us in urging investors and board members of for-profit prison companies to get out of this exploitative business. We'll inform them of what they're involved in, and if they refuse to do what's right, we'll hold them publicly accountable.

  • The Blake Cooney Law
June 1, 2012 my teen son Blake Cooney and his friend Jimmy Bullock were killed in a hit and run by a Drugged Driver name Kevin Shelton in Little Rock, Arkansas. My son was killed on impact and his friend died later at the hospital. Kevin Shelton chose to ingest into his body, "PCP" other street names, "SHERM,"Wet" etc. a Chemical Compound containing Formaldehyde, Methanol and other solvents, it is a highly flammable and toxic poison, its purpose is to temporarily preserve the dead so that a funeral or burial may take place. Kevin chose to ingest this poison causing him to drive on a residential highway which runs through a highly populated neighborhood at 95 m/h in a 35 m/h speed zone first crashing into the vehicle of an off duty officer along the way striking and fatally killing Blake and Jimmy whom were walking on the sidewalk then fleeing the scene. He was charged with Negligent Homicide receiving 240 months he will be eligible for parole in 7 yrs, he was sentenced February of 2013 and as of September 25th 2013, only 6 months into serving his sentence, he has been considered to participate in the 309 ACT, which would grant him the luxury of working in a least restrictive environment, cutting grass and washing cars at a sheriff department. Research, evidence and mounting cases of deaths caused while driving under the influence of drugs (other than alcohol) is all too common, keep in mind that this particular drug "PCP" when ingested has not only caused fatal deaths while driving under the influence, but also has continuously been the result of countless deaths by the physical hands of an offender having committed heinous criminal acts while under the influence of this drug. This lethal concoction of pure blunder has indeed resulted in several horrific deaths and an everlasting cycle of grief, Despite the facts prosecutors have been lenient in their efforts of prosecution, conviction and sentencing. 17 states have adopted DUID Per Se Laws and Arkansas is not among them. Please sign this petition so that the Blake Cooney Law may be brought to life, hopefully it will bring about awareness, prevention and perhaps a change in tougher Legislation.
