• Change the Texas State Shrub
Our state shrub should reflect our State, not a plant from the other side of the world.

  • Change the Maine flag
The 5 rules to a good flag are: it should be simple, it should use meaning symbolism, it should use 2-3 basic colours, should not contain and seals or lettering, and it should be distinctive. The Maine flag violates the majority of these rules. It is hard to distinguish it from the majority of state flags, it has a seal and lettering, it uses a plethora of colours, and air is definitely not simple. The old flag is much simpler and will make our flag distinct.

  • Custody Rights For Grandparents
I am the mother of a heroine addict and my grandchildren have been removed by Child Services four times. On the third occasion, I actually went to an attorney in an attempt to gain custody of my grandchildren. I was informed that grandparents in the State of Florida have no rights when it comes to gaining custody. I have just discovered that this fourth time, the Broward County Courts are going to allow reunification again! How long does my grandchildren and other grandchildren like mine have to suffer? There has to be a law put in place to allow grandparents to petition the court for custody after the children have been removed from their parents several times.

  • Revitalize Queens Village’s Businesses
I moved to Queens Village in 1974. Initially, the community had many businesses that thrived. There was the Community movie theater, butcher shop, gas station, Woolworth's, Super Discount, and many small businesses like hardware stores and auto parts stores. While many of these small "mom and pop" stores have been replaced by businesses like Riteaid and Duane Reade, a good number of businesses closed up shop, only to be replaced by some businesses that keep inconsistent hours or a provides goods and/or services that are not practical to a significant percentage of the community. Furthermore, many of these businesses are an eyesore—window fronts poorly identified, products strewn haphazardly about, etc.—-particularly along Hempstead Avenue (Jamaica Avenue to the Elmont border). Queens Village residents living in the immediate vicinity of the aforementioned businesses along Hempstead Avenue, would like to see a variety of new practical businesses: a bank, a Staples, stores like Starbucks and Pandora, a supermarket, a FedEx Office, and many more businesses, which can be easily accessed by foot or car. The residents of Queens Village should not have to travel outside of our neighborhood to buy the things we need. By bringing in new businesses, ones that are practical, we can better the community’s quality of life, as well as revitalize the neighborhood and give the residents what they deserve.

  • Introduce a Net Neutrality Law for Oklahoma
When the FCC announced that net neutrality would be repealed, it it was done so in an unethical manner by use of stolen and/or fake identities and corporate meddling. Our representatives however, on the FCC's side citing that "it will create more jobs", in reality it would actually cost us millions of the jobs we created on the internet. Net Neutrality must be preserved.

  • Special Olympics needs Coach Jon Johnson
I personally know many of the Special Olympic athletes and they have all been affected by the action of removing Coach Jon from the Polk County Special Olympics team. He gave his time and support while participating as a coach and during his off time, he always made himself available to the athletes. Not many coaches donate this much time and support to the athletes.

  • Keep Jordan Conner
Jordan Conner is a fellow VIPKid teacher whose job was taken away because of a policy change stating that all teachers should have Bachelor's degrees. He has been here 3 years and has taught 5000+ classes. I've been with the company for one year, but I can bet you that he is a better teacher than I am due to his comprehensive experience with this company. VIPKid has always shown great integrity and I'd love to see them honor the years Jordan Conner has contributed.

  • PDUTERTE MUST RESIGN
PDUTERTE MUST RESIGN! The Philippines was on the way up to Progress during PNoy term. President Benigno "NoyNoy" Aquino made the Philippines to stand up from Sick Man in ASIA to be the new emerging TIGER ECONOMY not only in ASIA but worldwide. PNoy turned over P1.3-Trillion of Government Funds to PDuterte inspite of a very low budget allocations to operate the government. When PDuterte took over the administration he cranked-up the government operating budget allocation to tenfold compared to the previous administration of PNoy. Unfortunately PDuterte is not capable of running the government or not capable to maintain the economic momentum of the previous admin of PNoy resulting to negative progress to all economic sectors of PH. The human rights violations of his drug war killings was unacceptable to the whole world community and his bickering to our allies nations and the whole United Nations was a negative factor to gain support economically. His treasonous act of not standing and do nothing but give the Phlippine rights of ownership of WPS territory to China even to the fact of the favorable case winning decision of the UN Permanent Court in Hague. PDuterte is not an economic leader but he is a self confessed killer, a criminal of crime against humanity, a self confessed bipolar psychopath, a self confessed fentanyl drug addict, a self confessed thief as corrupt government official that wont sign a bank waiver, a self confessed womanizer, a self confessed crook as prosecutor planting evidences of a planted crime and many believed that is why the innocent Senator De Lima is now still in detention. He fooled the 16-million voters of his election promises that even just one of them did not materialize much more his resignation as President within 3-6 months if he cannot solve the drug problem and criminality. His drug war has been proven fake by his protection to the druglords and the rise of supply of illegal drugs coming from China and passing thru his government BOC. The whole Mindanao is still under his dictatorship because of Martial Law extension without valid reason. PDuterte must resign if not impeach, but the function of our democratic way of government has been curtailed by PDuterte of getting hold of influence in the whole Congress as his stamp pad as seen. Our Senate and the whole Congress is now seen as working not for the People of the Philippines but to the personal will and interest of PDuterte. PDuterte had announced he will personally push for the ouster of CJ-Sereno so that he can replace Sereno with his puppet CJ being seen to complete his dictatorship hold as a strongman of the Philippines. Out of 54-Million registered voters only 16-million voted for PDuterte, with his failure and sins as a President he will surely lose in a SNAP ELECTION. The Clamor of the Filipino People is for PDuterte to resign. To Oust PDuterte is to Save the Philippines! This must be done ASAP! https://www.rt.com/news/418255-duterte-dictator-philippines-government/
