St. Andrew is a Roman Catholic parish church in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located at 20 Cardinal Hayes Place, Manhattan, New York City. It was established in 1842. Above the entrance to the church, an inscription in Latin reads "Beati qvi ambvlant in lege Domini," which means, "Blessed are they who walk in the law of the Lord." It is vital to the community as well as the thousands who visit it regularly. St. Andrew has merged and its parish is currently at risk of being closed. Today, St Andrew in NYC is located and intertwined with the seat of New York City, State and Federal Government and it needs to remain viable church parish community including its weekday commuter parishioners. My petition is about people who have children and decided they don't want their children around the grandparents and that being their right as parents and adults.

Texas Government Code 437.208 states, “A body of persons other than the regularly organized Texas military forces, the armed forces of the United States, or the active militia of another state may not associate as a military company or organization or parade in public with firearms in a municipality of the state.” The extra-judicial armed groups now patrolling several areas on our state’s southern border are manifestly organized “as a military company or organization” outside the control of Texas military forces and the armed forces of the United States. We call on you to enforce Texas Government Code 437.208 against these private militias and disperse them.

This Petition is for my six-year old niece Rayanna, who has told in specific detail how her father's side of the family has abused her time after time. She has sat down one on one with her mother Alexis, (my sister) and with tears in her eyes, she explained the physical and emotional pain that her father's family has put her through almost her whole life. Family court judge of Boone County, Linda Rae Bramlage, has been very un-fair to my sister throughout all their court sessions. Rayanna has been examined and talked to by a professional psychiatrist, and the judge has overlooked everything that has been discovered about Rayanna. Rayanna has always complained about certain parts of her body hurting, after returning from her father's home. Tonight I held Rayanna in my arms while she cried, and said she didn't want to leave, because she would never see me again. Saying how her daddy is going to take her away. She has told her mother Alexis time after time in her own words, "No matter what they say, they'll never make me hate you, mommy." And also, "If they take me away, can I come see you when I'm older?" Alexis has been fighting for custody of Rayanna her whole life. There is plenty of evidence of what Rayana has been through, however the Judge/Court system has still favored the father's family, over my sister. Now the father is trying to gain full custody of Rayanna, and Im not sure where else to turn. I have even created a Facebook page for this. Justice For Rayanna And Madison. Madson being her little sister. I hope that I can get some help with this, and rescue this little girl, from being abused for the rest of her life, at least until she is grown. I love my niece(s) so very much. I want her to be safe, and be with her mother who loves her very much.

I have many medical conditions for which Cannabis has been proven effective. My husband has cancer and another relative has found Cannabis useful for TBI treatment. We are all productive citizens of good moral character and believe that we have the right to choose to use Cannabis instead of the much more harmful and addictive drugs presently prescribed. By not removing this plant from the top Controlled Substance list the Federal government is doing a great disservice to our society and causing people who do choose to use it illegally to be turned into criminals according to the current laws.

I value protection of everyone's rights.

Adults may access content that is unsuitable for children, and potentially harmful for children. While there may be legitimate reasons to access that content, children should not be unavoidably exposed to it. If the Library wishes to provide a safe, educational atmosphere for children, it should take seriously its obligation to maintain that atmosphere.

Many stories have surfaced of children accidentally viewing pornographic materials while at public libraries aimed at families and children.
