These 2 areas of the Statutes are a very grey area to be interpreted by the person or department looking at the application. Once a decision has been made by anyone in that department no one will try and overturn that person's decision. This will help clarify the law.

We are petitioniong the Probate Court to order an honest and full accounting from a successor Trustee, Verla Lofton-Sherman. Our claim is that Verla Lofton-Sherman has breached her fiduciary duty to both grantors, she has not kept accurate records/receipts of transactions made in care of one of the grantors or other expenses paid with trust funds, breached duty of loyalty to irrevocable beneficiaries, and violated Power of Attorney "self-dealing/converting real properties in her name and her son's name". Myself, Deborah Q. Washington, and Ollie T. Wilson's other nine irrevocable beneficiaries have not received an honest and full accounting from Verla lofton-Sherman, nor received our rightful 50% share of remaining assets of Ollie T. Wilson and Thelma G. Wilson's Revocable Living Trust impartially. We also do not want anyone else to get away with committing elderly financial abuse to our Aunt Thelma Wilson for the second time without being penalized.

Many deaths have occurred at intersections throughout the state involving drivers that have missed stop signs. Let's make it easier to see them by lighting them up. My wife and I are an example of a near fatal accident because of a driver who ran a stop sign back in 1998. My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time, and had to go through 2 and a half hours of brain surgery. Miraculously both made it through and are healthy today.

Holder Jr., the current attorney general who has announced his intention to step down. “Loretta might be the only lawyer in America who battles mobsters and drug lords and terrorists, and still has a reputation for being a charming people person,” Mr. Obama said. Ms. Lynch, 55, a low-profile prosecutor, said that if confirmed she would “wake up every morning with the protection of the American people my first thought, and I will work every day to safeguard our citizens, our liberties, our rights, and this great nation.”

On numerous occasions the Philadelphia Police Department have been called to our block for parking issues due to residents and guests of residents parking on the cement island in the center of our culdesac. Parking in this area does not affect traffic patterns nor does it affect pedestrians from accessing the sidewalks. Parking in this area is a direct result of limited parking spaces due to multiple cars owned by each home. Residents choose to park here to avoid blocking the fire hydrants and to avoid the blockage of emergency vehicles from accessing any property on Saxon Place. We respectfully request the permission of the City of Philadelphia to park in a reasonable manner on our quiet residential street that has no through traffic. Thus, eliminating unnecessary emergency calls to 911 and eliminating wasted tax dollars on frivolous calls.

On Thursday, Nov. 6, Mayor Jack Seiler stated to the local news that he believes the people of Fort Lauderdale support the ordinance. "The response locally has been somewhat supportive, glad that we’re enforcing the laws that we passed here in the city of Fort Lauderdale," said Seiler. "Very positive response locally." We, the undersigned, are residents of Fort Lauderdale and we DO NOT support the ordinance and believe it should be rescinded immediately.

Jack Agostino has been an integral part of the Amityville athletic community for over 20 years. There are so many instances where we want to meet up with friends and have a cocktail--after sports events, meetings, school conferences. We love our community! We would be happy to support a Molly Maguire's type restaurant in town. This would also be a great venue for the many very talented local musicians to perform at home!

For more than two decades, 90-year-old chef Arnold Abbott has led a group of church volunteers in serving trays of hot food to the hungry and homeless in public parks and beaches in Fort Lauderdale. But a few weeks ago, the city passed a cruel law that outlaws the distribution of food to homeless people in public. So this past Sunday, when he began serving food, the police showed up and yelled "drop that plate!" They immediately took Abbott into custody and charged him, along with two local pastors. "I don't think the city has a right to tell us we can't feed the homeless," said one of the pastors. "This is breaking my Christian vows." When asked what comes next, the pastor simply said: "Continuing to feed them." The men are facing hefty fines and up to 60 days in jail, but they're refusing to back down -- they were cited and charged again on Wednesday -- so we need to stand with them.
