Myself and my siblings have had many health issues. We shouldn't have to have a court order to see our father's Birth Certificate. Adoptees and their families shouldn't have to have a court order to open files. We have the RIGHT TO KNOW OUR HISTORY.

It took 2.5 years for students to raise the money necessary to implement Cleveland State University and City of Cleveland's first multi-purpose green roof. It has been recognized on a national and state level. This project brought together a commuter-based University and changed into a community. It is our hope that Greater Cleveland will unite together and show the University Administration the importance of this project. S.W. Dennis Hanley, recently deceased fell just shy of his 30 year pension by 7 weeks. Dennis has been sick for 2 years with terminal cancer and came to work so he could leave his pension for his wife and three young children. S.W. Dennis Hanley, was exemplary in his career having only gone sick twice in 30 years. He was an upstanding citizen, family man and co-worker. Before the FDA decided to allow GMOs into food without labeling, FDA scientists had repeatedly warned that GM foods can create unpredictable, hard-to-detect side effects, including allergies, toxins, new diseases, and nutritional problems. They urged long-term safety studies, but were ignored. Our children and future generations are now depending on you to protect the genetic integrity of our food, our seeds, and our bodies.

WALMART IS A BAD IDEA FOR OUR COMMUNITY! -Crime: An average of 269 police incidents per year take place at every Walmart— 80% of crimes occur in the parking lots—there is nothing to prevent these criminals from filtering into our neighborhood. -Jobs: Walmart is known for driving out competitors, especially small businesses. What will happen to all the businesses of Vista Gardens and Fairwood if Walmart comes to town? -Parking: The parking lot in Duvall Village is often nearly or completely full as it is. Imagine how tough it would be to find a spot with Super Walmart sharing the lot, too! -Traffic: Getting around town is difficult enough as it is, now imagine what traffic on 450, Glenn Dale Rd., and Atwell Ave. would look like with a Super Walmart! -Property Value: Super Walmarts are usually open 24 hours a day. All of the crime, traffic, trash, and noise generated by a 24-hour store could have very negative effects on the value of our homes.

We've started this petition because, once it's gone, you can't replace the past. If City Council does nothing, the current district expires on July 31, 2014.

Mountain House is a small community with limited facilities available for public use. Building a track in the center of the planned town and then not allowing the community regular access to it does not make any sense. We should be encouraging people to use our local facilities, not discouraging them.

We would like to show lawmakers as well as the general public that we support the Dental Practice Act of Arkansas as written.

This is an issue that affects everyone. GMOs are not currently labeled in Virginia so when we shop at our local grocery stores we do not always know what we are purchasing. If we had companies label GMOs, it would uphold our right to know what is in our food.

I have a legitimate concern seeing the things going on around the nation, and these things are quickly materializing in our own backyard. Cameras in our streets and highways, drones in our skies, unnecessary police bullying/violence. What is this coming to and how far will it go before we take action?
